I've had memberships at various gyms off & on & NOTHING beats Sho Off Fitness! I gotta admit, their customer service at all locations is superb! I love the convenience + each gym has a different vibe. Their meal prep is DELICIOUS & AFFORDABLE, these prices & quality can't be beat anywhere. Michelle & Gaeo at the front desk take the time to learn each members name -feels like family!

Nothing special. Boss won't bother to talk or interact with most of his clients when there. They have a kids room in on location that causes more problems than anything else. My daughter which I rarely ever take with me comes out of that room sometimes, long story short that wanna be manager walked up to me and said I would have to leave if she won't stay in that room that has no lock. Let's also say there is nothing but a tv, dirty couch and chairs in that room. Obviously the boss didn't see a need to address that issue with me in person. Overpriced as well. Better off in any other gym.

The trainers are always there working with people (available for one on one instruction for $) They also have an adult bootcamp available Mon-Thu at 6:00 PM ran by Laura cost for the additional bootcamp on top of gym membership is like $20 a month. Regular gym membership is $40, but the owner (Mike) an NPC competitor and medalist offers military/government discounts. They also have a kids fitness class available and fit fuel grill which allows you to place orders for a customized meal plan and 24/7 access to the gym. SO WITH ALL THIS why only 4 stars vs. 5? They are getting better but the way the facility is ran could be done better, some of the equipment treadmills are older and some don't work, the trainers should wear something to identify them as staff for new people there who don't know who they are.

For some reason don't have any type of keycard system to let members check in. You have to walk up and give someone your name so they can look up your membership. What's worse, they are trained to gaslight you into believing you don't have a membership; and always insist you must have signed up at another location, even if this is the only one you've ever been to. Also the one checking you in will be ignorant and wearing a Trump hat. And yes he is.

Not military friendly.After a 9 month deployment where my account was on hold, I decided I had to cancel my membership because I moved. My hold would have taken me through the 30 days cancellation notice, but they reactivated it without my permission so they could get an additional month of payment. I suggest you go to a different gym in El Paso, especially if you're military.

The trainers aren't answering their texts or calls. Idk why anyone recommends this place. Unless you know how to workout, this place isn't very helpful unless you hire a trainer. Idk why any of the trainers don't wanna do their jobs. The owner, God knows who he is, doesn't care how the trainers are doing their job. Trainers will give you any excuse not to train you, or they'll just quit on you for stupid reasons and complain to the owner for anything. Half of the trainers are unavailable on their instagram for information, and the other half is already too packed to take one more client. I always thought training was fun. But it turns out it's mostly driving around finding someone who's available.

This will forever be my go to gym. Love their meals!! If you're looking for custom meal preps, they can assist you to that.
