Shattuck Vineyard

What a surprising and pleasant little find. Off the beaten path but we'll worth the stop. Couple of friendly guys that run the place and make really solid wine (and sparkling mead!). They grow a few varietals of grapes on the estate and the locals love the place too. They're passionate about the craft and are more than happy to chat about it on the patio or inside the cute little place. We will stop by every time we head down that way. Cool points for the awesome kid friendly pup that hangs out at the place too. Thanks, Guys. See you soon.

A splendid little winery with a great variety of Zins and other red and white wines. Tucked away off the highway you'll enjoy great tasty wines with a million dollar view of Caballo Mountain and the Rio Grande River! Definitely come out and support this local winery!!

We love Shattuck so much we became members of their wine club. One of our must visit places when we go down to our place at the Butte. Their Consequence of Zin is the best red I have tasted coming from New Mexico and my husband says their Percha is delicious with pork. I am a white wine drinker so love their Gewürztraminer and the Chardonnay. Excellent quality at an awesome price!

A Great little winery with Big Wines. Brad Shattuck the owner takes Great Pride in his Wines and isn't embarrassed to say when one of his Wines doesn't hold up to his standards. We have been lucky to enjoy tastings poured by Brad on two occasions now, and each being a memorable occasion. I must say Brad just makes you feel at home and it's easy to see he Loves what he creates.. A must do if your in the Caballo Lake area over a weekend.

Relaxing place to enjoy a couple glasses of wine with a well socialized dog and friends or family! Nice cool patio set up as well as wonderful hosts!

We had a great experience here. Although a bit out of the way, it had great views and a nice patio. We tasted several lovely wines. I prefer sweeter wines. So I loved the Chenin Blanc and the Zinfully Sweet Red. My husband prefers dry red wine. He enjoyed the Syrah and Consequences. The owners, Brad and Virginia, were super nice and helpful in selecting wines for us. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy great wine. If you're not a wine drinker, they also have a selection of Marble beers. So if you're out this way one weekend, it's a definite go-to place to visit.

Back in NM for too short time to visit the vineyard since it's only open weekends. However, truly enjoyed the cab at Los Arcos in T or C and found it to be quite memorable. Well done Shattuck!
