So my wife and I had been talking about replacing our 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport as it's a 2018 and had over 70k miles. I had been checking the Bronco Sports and some other vehicles but I read up on this one and liked it so we called the dealer late Thursday and went over Friday to check it out. Actually, we were looking at a used 2023 Bronco Sport with just a Lil over 2k miles that was nice but our salesman said I could get a new one with no miles for about the same price so we drove around the lot and settled on this one because of the color. Test drove it and signed on the dotted line. Our salesman, Irvinn Ceja, was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him and the crew down at Shamaley Ford. I'm a satisfied customer.

I'm from out of state,scheduled a next day oil change, and it was a quick and easy process! From the first call to the service department all the way to pick up, I had an excellent experience. My service advisor, Audrey, was friendly, personable, and got me shuttled off/picked up between my service. I'm looking for new trucks to add to my fleet and spent some time with Irvinn who I'll be going to for future truck purchases, his dedication to helping me search as well as his knowledge of what I'm looking for was and is invaluable. Thank you, Shamaley Ford, you put Colorado Ford dealers to shame! I'll definitely be taking my fleet here for service while over the road, quality service is worth the time, and the price was unmatched.

Friendly people and easy to get in to get serviced. However, this is now the second time that their mechanics have not replaced the under shroud and skid plate correctly. This time it fell off 45 minutes into a cross country trip. Took me an hour and a half on the side of the freeway to fix their mistake. Out of 8 bolts/screws, 2 were properly done, 3 completely missing and 3 only put through 2 of the 3 layers on items needed to be bolted back on. Result? Soft shroud destroyed, skid plate folded down and now unserviceable. The basics are completely lost on their "mechanics". Too bad, I want to like the dealerUpdate: I appreciate Mr Garcia and sHamAlley ford making it right with the dealership ip up here.

-Had an appointment for 07:15, was first vehicle in this morning at 07:00.- Over 3 hrs later (10:37) I walk up to my advisor to ask for an update . She replies ,"Who is your advisor ." She was my advisor . It happens they're busy, when I tell her my vehicle she then says ," Oh it still has not been looked at ." And states to me that the appointment doesn't lock in my vehicle being looked at/serviced only talking with an advisor which I do not think is accurate. This would have been good info to know at 7am not 3hrs later. At this point I asked for my keys and left. I rarely post reviews but this type of customer service is substandard . I don't need a cut and paste reply from a manager ," sorry mr/mrs insert name here " I'm just letting other consumers know what to expect.

Today was my second visit to Shamaley Ford and it was better than the first time.I don't live in El Paso and despite that needed my Fords serviced while visiting my family at Ft. Bliss. The first visit was just for routine maintenance on my Mustang, however today's visit was for transmission trouble in my wife's F-150. As it turned out (given the repair cost, the truck's age/mileage) the better decision was to just purchase a new truck.It's always great to get a new vehicle, however the sales negotiations, credit apps, paperwork is NOT great. That said, Shamaley Ford REALLY made the entire process very easy! We never felt hustled, rushed, scammed, etc. in any way.My wife and I are extremely happy with the treatment that we received at Shamaley Ford and would definitely do business with them again and recommend this dealership to friends and family.A special shoutout and thanks to:Alexis and Joe Mena (Service)Sall Hernandez (sales)"Charlie" (General Manager)-This guy went far above "his duties" to make sure that we were happy and well taken care of.Thank you Charlie and Shamaley Ford.

Scheduled a diagnostic only to get turned away and being told to schedule another time. Why schedule me for an appointment only to get turned away when I get to the dealership? There was no communication until the time I got to my scheduled appointment. A whole day wasted and calling off work early only to find this out.

Made an appointment for a diagnostic. After 3 days, multiple requests for information and 4 different people telling me they would call me back, NOTHING. I finally called and told them I would be picking up my vehicle since they didn't have time for me and clearly didn't value my business. I was left with a sticky note after 3 days that said "No work done". I'm glad they didn't mess with my vehicle. If you don't know how to update me on the status of my vehicle, you probably know even less about my vehicle. Never gain. I recommend going to pep boys, they keep constant communication with you no matter how much or little they have to tell you.

I recently moved back to the great city of El Paso, TX from Washington, DC. I purchased my 2025 Ford Explorer ST from Apple Ford in Columbia, MD. After some time driving through out the city, I noticed my steering wheel being offset, along with the alignment too. I scheduled an appointment with Shamaley Ford, via their website, which I would consider user friendly. I thought I wouldn't get an appointment for at least a day or two, but I was able to secure one the very next day. I like the fact you're immediately notified, via text as well. Once again, like years before, I was approached by Mr. Eduardo Ruelas, upon entering the their service lane with a proper greeting and whom was totally professional from start to finish in the entire process. The one thing that blew my mind was the fact they'll get you a Lyft to and from, no matter what part of EP you live. Also, I like the text/email updates on the status of the work in progress. I was fortunate that my vehicle is covered under warranty, but if I had to pay, I'd have no problem, due to the fact that the technician was able to remedy my dilemma to my satisfaction. Shamaley Ford is my choice for servicing my vehicle in the future. Thank you.

Scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 10 only to find out that I was going to have to leave the car there all day. Why schedule appointments if they don't really mean anything? Also I asked the service supervisor what else they would do to the car while it was in their shop, because I just got this car used and wanted to get a good base on maintenance needed for future reference, instead of answering the question as to what exactly they would do, he started stating what they would not do, can anyone tell me why would you not pull codes on a car that is in you shop? He said unless the check engine light was on they would not pull he codes. Well I retired many years ago and did automotive work for about 12 years, while the car was in the shop we would pull the codes, if any and inform the customer about the results. Imagine that! I know my car has a low pressure sensor code indicating there is something wrong, even though the check engine light is not on! Precisely why you can't trust the check engine light, I have cleared the code 2 time but keeps coming back, the engine runs fine, no hesitation, no issues whatsoever. So again why not pull the codes while the car is in the shop! It is the most efficient, most economic way to determine if your engine is about to blow up! Ford need to get their baggage together, When I take my Honda to the dealer they do everything! Maybe I should have gotten another one! UDATE: today I sent an email in reference to this matter, I'll keep update as I get feedback on this, for everyone's benefit.
