Shamaley Buick - GMC

I would do it!! We bought a used Sierra Denali! They let me check out the other cars in the showroom, which were GMC Acadias, Terrains, and Buick Encores. The Everyone who worked there is super nice and friendly, so if you are shopping new OR used, then I recommend Shamaley Buick GMC!

Do not trust a quote for service you may get over the phone. They may honor that price but then they add in extras such as "shop charges".

This dealership refuses to honor their own marked prices. The manager was full of excuses and nothing more. I wouldn't recommend anyone trusting a business that will jot honor their marked prices.

This post is limited to a visit looking to buy/order a Yukon Denali. Aaron came out side and I asked if I could test drive one that was on the lot then order one to the dealership. He stated he didn't have any Yukon's for me to drive (they were presold or used) turned around and walked back inside the building. *jaw drops to the floor*I did find another salesman, Guillermo, who showed me the car I wanted that had just came in, explain the process to order one, average wait times, some of the differences in features and model years. I have to say, because of the way the first salesman treated us, I have decided to order from another dealership. The new way of buying cars, low inventory has changed so drastically in the last 20 months, but it doesn't excuse the complete lack of respect or anything resembling customer service that we experienced.

Horrible service! Took my HD for a second time and both times I had to go and look for someone to help me. Upon pick up time, both times I waited over 15 minutes for someone. None of the other service personnel helped.

*** 15 DAYS LATER: Still no follow-up from the management. The owner's public lip service proves that he only values your money and nothing more. *** 1+ MONTH LATER: same status as above and now the oil change notification is on. They didn't bother to do the oil change![AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!]

Very good experience overall today 8.19 at Shamaley GMC. This is the second Yukon we have purchased there and we received a very fair deal from Trade in to purchase. Want to send a shoutout especially to 1. Aaron our Sales Rep Aaron - who was very patient while we went through almost a dozen different models and helped us pick out the exact one to fit our needs and 2. Gerry - our finance officer who did a great job closing the deal. Also saved us a lot on financing thanks to his extra hard work. Great job guys! BDA

worst dealership experience. the service department is horrible and the staff will steal your belongings. the dealership did nothing to make this right. if I could I would give it zero stars. do not take your vehicle here!!!

Highly recommend!!! I originally looked here for a used car then went to Stogner and got COMPLETELY SCREWED! Ended up coming back and bought a Yukon and as life will have it I've had a few bumps in the road figuratively and they have been AMAZING going above and beyond. They have let me drive almost every car on the lot and ended up buying an New Arcadia They are great to work with definitely not the sleezy "car salesmen" Truly treated me with Empathy and Grace. Bought a 2020 GMC Canyon and had a problem with the brakes. These people bent over backwards to make it right. A shout out to Sales manager Alex Cruger, sales associate Leo Meza, service writer Marissa Rodriguez, Shamaley employees Marissa Ochocoren, Victor Villareal, and Dianna Diaz for all their help. They are all true professionals.
