No power at this location, so we have to bring in our own.
Thermal cameras help us find the water that we can't see.
We were able to remove the lower sheetrock to save the rest from water damage.
The main waterline into the building burst. Lining up our air movers to start finish off the drying process.
We had to place this dehumidifier in the bathroom and push out the air through the make-shift sealed window.

My hot water heater busted while I at work. I called servpro of west el paso. Lance, David and Arnold went above and beyond with their work and were very detailed. Great work and great service. I strongly recommend the company and the 3 individuals. They are awesome.

I had a water leak that flooded my entire home. I was out of town at the time and servo pro west was contacted to dry out the water. The mishandling of the contents of my home was unprofessional and careless. My Persian carpets were left outside even after they had dried and they left home. My patio was their lunch area as they sat on their phones for over an hour. I have cameras and saw the trash they left behind. I had to call to have them clean up. In the bathroom wet rugs were thrown in the tub and the piled with dry pillows and comforters. My things were thrown in boxes without regard. I found a paper bag in the garage with a whiskey bottle that is not from my home. I am continuing cleaning my home to prepare for the restoration and am finding more and more issues that servpro west contributed to my losses.I just saw the response to my review . I was told that my carpets once dried were going to be put in my garage and that's what was agreed to , not to be left to the elements indefinitely. More than once windows were left open after the team left for the day leaving my home vulnerable. The alcohol is not from my home and the only people that were in my home are non drinkers. I can't account for that bottle in a paper bag. These are all things that I am coming across as I clean. The list keeps growing!

Biggest mistake I made was calling them. Up charged me wherever they could. Upgraded the type of water damage. Caused needless damage to cabinet. Refused to explain charges. Called headquarters and all they offered to do was "retrain" them. Better options out there if needed.

We thought we found someone to help walk us through a really bad time after a house fire but in the end we were the little girl and ServPro was the Big Bad Wolf; full of deceipt and lies. After my daughter's home burned down in a military housing community, we called ServPro because we didn't know what to do. They had a manager call us and ask if he could come talk to us at the hotel we were staying. We were impressed this kind person would come talk to us about what was about to happen and what they could do for us. For the first time since the fire we felt as though we had someone willing to look out for our best interest. We were so very wrong!During that meeting, he told us they woud send a crew to photograph and document every single item recovered and give us the opportunity to choose what we wanted to have fixed and what we felt was not worth trying to clean (for example, a child's walkee-talkee would not be worth fixing when there was only one that was recovered). For the sake of time, I will just itemize each concern instead of trying to explain to you the entire store. If you have any questions, I will try to reply to clarify.1. Manny stated they would take a picture of, and inventory, every item in the house and give us the chance to choose what to clean or not clean since we were paying for this out of pocket until insurance kicked in. In the end we couldn't get the pictures and never got an itemized bill. AND they charged for the time Manny came to the hotel to get our business in the first place.2. They brought in a huge stack of broken down used boxes (they still showed tape that had already been used) to pack things in to load into a truck. We immediately advised them we had all the boxes they needed in the storage room (which was not damaged) from our last move they could use and keep. We also had about 50 totes that we also allowed them to use to move things (because we had them packed and ready to move before the fire happened). We were billed for boxes WE GAVE THEM!3. Five men sat in the driveway waiting for 4pm to roll around (after the work was done) so they could get paid for the entire day (including the supervisor)4. They will not allow us to pick up our belongings when finished. They require us to pay over $300 to have them delivered to a storage unit where we could then pick it up.5. When we asked for itemized statement, they didn't have anything itemized for insurance to be able to tell what the items were that were destroyed. They would put down "stack of toys" instead of "20 build-a-bears" or it would say "pans" instead of giving the name brand or description. We came up with pictures and descriptions of replacement value over $25K but insurance will only pay $9K because of their lack of detail. They lost an entire 3-bedroom house full of furniture, clothing, personal items, food, laundry and cleaning supplies, vitamins, 5 pets and all their supplies, suits, dresses, shoes, boots, full size bow, make-up supplies, bath supplies, and all appliances. An d they get $9K to replace it all! The list goes on and on. I don't want to spend anymore time on this because re-living it doesn't help anything. Just know this company is not looking out for your best interest as they will have you believe in the beginning.

Second experience with this team was as good as the first. Had them come clean the windows at my office last spring, and then yesterday, had them come to shampoo carpets and wash windows. I am thoroughly satisfied with way he work was done, but even more impressed with the respect, the friendliness, and professionalism they displayed. The windows look amazing! Long overdue. And the carpets? I have three little Doxies, and these carpets look great. I will continue to use this team of professionals. The are a little pricey, but for some things, it pays for itself.
