SERVPRO of East El Paso

My house in East El Paso had a plumbing problem that flooded 4 rooms. A friend called Servpro of El Paso East. They came that same evening and stayed until the early hours of the next morning getting everything setup and moved to dry the house out. They were very communicative and responsive. They explained what they were doing, were open to questions, and sought approval at each new step. They packed my stuff, tore out carpet, moved furniture, offered to find storage, get a dumpster, do whatever was needed to mediate the damage. They treated the effected rooms for any microbial problems. By the time I was able to get to El Paso, due to the quick response and high heat (summer heat wave), my house was practically dried out. It was comforting to know they had my house in their capable hands.

My technicians were Abraham and Joshua. They came quickly and immediately took control of this horrible situation! They explained what they needed to do to get everything corrected and got to work. It took. Several days but the water heater flooded two rooms and a hallway. They Came every day and updated me on the progress of the dryers. When they finished, it was a great relief to know their real professionals and the house was back to normal. They called the insurance company and got a contractor to come and complete the repairs!
