Sears Watch and Jewelry Repair

This is my second time there and they do great work. They value their military personnel and VIP customers. They do great work. My second visit there was to get white gold ring resized. He was honest and told me that it will take an hour. Man they had me out of there in 30ish minutes and the great part is that they have a see through glass and you can watch them work. They have my service and I will definitely be coming back!

I had to file a civil suit against the owner and the businesses associated with the owner for over $5000.00 of damages, I received only a $500.00. judgement. -5 star review. I still did not receive all of my property back to me.

Watch maker Jaime is extremely knowledgeable. 17 years of experience and it shows! I took him my watches and he serviced them all perfectly with plenty of pictures to show!! Highly reccomended.

Jaime Mora is not reliable. Came to pick watch up when watch was supposed to be ready. Claimed that he was just about to call us back when we got there and the watch still incomplete. He informed us that he wanted a part of the watch to use for his own benefit because he said the part was in immaculate form. He was not replacing the part but would glue in a size bigger crystal. I told him no we would take the watch how it is in parts and he became rude and aggressive. After he knew we weren't budging he started offering free service and free parts. Seemed screechy not coming back.
