Note , the negative reviews are from years ago. I visited within last 6 mos 2024 and received helpful , knowledgeable and warm customer service. Selection was good and prices fair. They have a nice sized sale section and accessories, shoes, high quality lines ex Dickies, Cherokee etc. Recommended

The staff has a bad attitude, but if you work for a local hospital, they have a financing system where your owed amount comes out of your next 1-4 pay checks.Not the best, not awful. If you want nothing-special scrubs and are willing to endure some eye rolling to get them, it's good enough.

Can I give negative stars ?This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in at 2:30 on 1/25/19....no other customers in the shop, wasaving not greeted, walked around looking for a lab jacket. Found one that was a bit pricey, came back out to my car and looked it up on Amazon, it was similary priced, so decided to go back in and purchase it....Lady came out from in the way back of building after about 5 minutes, made zero eye contact with me, as she was staring into her phone. Rang me up without a word. I swiped my card and asked about return policy. I was informed that there is store credit only and that this is posted and on the receipt. Little good that does if you want to know the policy before you purchase...it's posted on the wall nailed up at about 10 feet high. Ridiculous...if not on clearance, not worn, and has tags we should be able to return for our money. Nice way of covertly keeping our money with your posted sign only where a giant can see it. Also, I would rather keep something I don't want rather than return to deal with your employee who is completely inept with customer service. I will never shop here again and will be sure to inform all of my fellow health care professionals to steer clear.
