Scrappy's Pet Salon

We are from out of town visiting family and they recommended this amazing groomer as they own a Bichon poodle mix. They where spot on, Scrappy's is an amazing groomer and the young lady groomer did a tremendous job for my multi poodle and mini labradoodle. Both received a bath, nail trim, teeth cleaning, gland cleaning and hair cut. My wife was very pleased and very happy and that's enough for me to recommend this establishment to people who love their pets. Prices where more than reasonable and appropriate.

This is a wonderful place it has a new owner a month and a half I've never had any problems at all and now with the new owner she's super professional for him prices are affordable I'm coming give it a try I had my Yorkie and my miniature Snautzer groomed

please don't take your pets here.This place doesn't have the right equipment to groom a dog. That includes grooming tools, grooming tables, bath tub, kennels, and leads. They also don't have groomers and would make BATHERS groom dogs without having an actual groomer to guide through the process!!

Don't take your pets to this groomer they left a big hole litterly a hole in my friends dog then they wouldn't take responsibility for it

I called to set up a Sunday appt. At first I was told they would not be open on Sunday (I'm guessing not enough appts made...which was fine). However then I was asked what time I told them 12. Then I was asked if I was really going to show. Of course I was, I wouldn't call otherwise. Well Sunday comes around (today), and I show up at 11:45. Doors locked. Ok...maybe they are running behind. I wait until 12. Still no one. So I call the manager Julio and it goes straight to voicemail. Now I'm kind of irritated. Well I wait another 15 mins and no one showed. Finally I left. I had no problem if they couldn't have done today. I would have just gone in Monday. However since the appt was made it should have been honored or at least a courtesy phone call would have been nice. Bad customer service. I will be calling the owner to let him know.

The girls here at Scrappy's made us feel comfortable dropping off our fur babies. I've taken them to Pet Smart several times and the dogs either came back smelling like wet dog or the hair cut was totally not what we asked for. Scrappy's had my 3 fur babies smelling lovely and they looked great! We will be coming back here.

The groomers are super nice and treated my 2 dogs amazing, they also were very fast and good with cutting their hair. They had the cuts done on time as set by our appointment

I guess the lady there though it was the first time i took my dogs for grooming cause just to raise the price she mentioned that it was hard to cut their hair around the nose and to cut their nails and that they bite I end up paying close to 35 dollars more of what she told me at the beginning

I absolutely love this place! Max is always taken well care of and he's always the cutest thing ever once I pick him up! The staff is super friendly and when I say they take my max on a short notice they do it with a smile on their face each time! Had a hard time finding a place here but now I will have a hard time finding a place to live up to their standards once it's time to leave El Paso

Look on Facebook under Scrappys Pet Salon and it has a customer who has posted information on how these people that work there horribly cut their precious dogs peice of skin off and left a gaping hole and then lied that they did not do it..they should not be in business!! The dog had to be taken to the vet and Scrappys Pet Salon refused to pay the vet bill. The owner of the dog should be reimbursed for what she paid these groomers and the vet bill.
