The food isn't that bad. To be honest I couldn't even remember if it was good or bad after two days of eating there. No shame or glory but the service did lack attention. Got our order incorrect that it isn't the end of the world or a reason for me to leave a bad review. But after a second try and getting less items than what we paid for and having to remind what we had does take away from the experience. I recommend eating before going the outlets or after but not during. The ambiance was nice, though. Good view and tons of windows wirh families enjoying their shopping. Hopefully, it was a one-off but won't risk it Provecho!

So I'm trying all these new places and came across this SBARRO at the Basset Mall on Gateway. When I was a kid living in NYC Sbarro's was good. You knew what you were getting. This place is not a disappointment but, it did let me down. The presentation was on the money, this is why I figured I'd go for the slice. One slice is almost $5.00, that's a little steep even for El Paso. The Ziti looked amazing but the taste wasn't what I used to know. It just reminded me of the fake presents under the Christmas tree. Looks soooo nice, of course it's all in the presentation. This is one of those places where I can say "been there, did that and bought the T-shirt" So much for memories. LY

This place isn't good. The two kids working behind the counter were very respectful and helpful in typical Texan fashion, but the pizza was salty and had a weird cheese and herb spice mix shaken over the top. I got the cheese pizza and it was really pretty bad. The crust was okay though.The only thing I really liked about this place was the lemonade. It was fresh and sweet, with a little bit of a tang from the fresh lemons. Overall, will never come back again. Bleh.

This place is good for what it is, but my goodness my stomach gets upset after I eat here 97% of the time. It's cheap and fast, I love the way they prepare the slices and breadsticks, but it does a number for the insides. Maybe it's like a detox. The lady offered a free drink because my friend and I ordered so many pizza slices and breadsticks! Was nice of her to offer. Pizza is hot and greasy, breadsticks are soft and tasty, marinara dipping sauce is good, and my Arnold Palmer was good!!

Great pizza, but the customer service is god awful. My coworkers and I have gone frequently and the same girl with the boy short hair has given us bad, bad attitude. If you don't wanna work there sweetie, just quit!

great place to eat, excellent customer service, savory food with delicious ingredients. loved the restaurant atmosphere. April & Pamela were very courteous with us. Will definitely come back!!!

Not open at the time they should be..No food on display except a few pizzas.When they did serve the food, it was cold! Asked for a refund.

Best pizzeria i've ever been to, very clean, great customer service, food was very warm and delicious, and Mr.Carlos over at bassett was super helpful. Overall the best pizza place ive been to.

This food was absolutely horrible the pizza tasted like month old frozen poorly made pizza. The pasta and meatballs were really bland and incredibly stale. Overall a really bad experience. 10/10 don't recommend.

Delicious food and great, prompt service. Would definitely go back! The staff was courteous and friendly. The pizza was just right and tasty.
