Very friendly and punctual staff. I purchased a washer and dryer set and delivery and installation happened right on time the next day. Mr. Santos is very helpful and clearly cares about his clients. 90 day warranties and free deliveries/installations are definitely a plus! I couldn't recommend this business more.

Called Santos Appliance on Friday afternoon to get an appointment for oven repair. They said they could come out Saturday morning. Got the call at 9 am and Mr. Santos was here at the house in twenty minutes. I have no idea what was wrong with the oven, but he had whatever part was needed and he was all done by 10:00. My oven works again. I recommend without reservation.

The owner really knows his job. I dropped off my dryer at 12:30 and it was ready by 3:30. Very pleasant and professional. Not expensive, very satisfied with the cost and work.

I just needed someone to look my refrigerator and do a diagnosis and the owner refused to give me service. I doubt it was anything other that he was lazy and didn't want to work. I called so that I could bring my refrigerator and he was really rude about it. He didn't give me a reason for why not work on my refrigerator other than it was a small refrigerator. In their website they said that they even worked with the brand of my refrigerator.

Had a refrigerator that would not cool. Two local repairmen made several visits and were unable to bring it back to life. Decided to take it to El Paso (3.5 hours away). Was given Santos Appliance as a reference. Called and set up a time to drop it off. In less than 24 hours, they had diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Great service and the service charge was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use Santos Appliance for any future repair needs.
