Santa Fe Place

Just popped in again to add something else. My bathroom sink went from the drain plug just not fitting on, to an awesome underwater monsoon. Luckily, I sacrificed my shirt and a towel. $100 bucks of electronics ruined. Awesome. I can see where the water damage and mold infestation came from. More to the fact, I can see why whomever lived before, no longer lives here and why the apt became available "suddenly". I have not had any raw sewage, pump back up into THE bathtub apartment, so I was gonna give a 3 as they did fix "some" stuff, but the wood in the ceiling is so damaged, it sound like the Incredible Hulk is lifting weights. My neighbor is not even being loud. The wood is just so damaged it sounds like it's going to give way. Reminds me of Cielo Vista Apts.....but with a view. Anyways, hope this helps you decide. Just an honest dude getting the proverbial "legal" shaft. And last but not least,

I've been a resident for over a year here, and the staff has been nothing but amazing and helpful to us. We have a 2 bedroom apartment, and it's great and very nice especially for the Prices. I love that maintenances are always well kept outside and inside. The view of the mountains and landscaping is one of the many reasons I chose Santa Fe place. It's beautiful. If you need anything the staff is quick to do as much and the best they can :)
