I went here as an option that is close to my home. I had been with state farm since 1979. In my time here (2 years) i have received extremely poor service. They first tried to deny an uninsured motorist claim. They said my injury claims were not covered due to s coverage i had refused. I caught this after a year went by. My proof of coverage was that they had paid for my vehicle previously. They found other way to jerk me around and now it has been two years and i have still not know the status of this claim. Please stay away from this agent she sux

The staff at Sandra's office has been so helpful and friendly. I had the assistance of Irma Collins who has been extremely helpful throughout my claim process. I would call sometimes multiple times in a day with questions and she would never make me feel like I was bothering. She is very attentive and always communicating so I knew what the next steps were in my claims process. I am very thankful for the awesome customer service and support.

Ronnie was extremely helpful and walked me through getting a bonded title for a vehicle. And our full coverage for both our vehicles is very affordable.

Sandra's office has always been professional, kind but most of all, extremely helpful in supporting my requests. Her staff is very knowledgeable and I leave with a feeling that the staff is well educated in the services State Farm provides. Having access to the text messaging feature has also made life easier to communicate with the staff.
