My son lived there and the staff was completely rude. The apartments are very old and with mold. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Move in process was extremely smooth and being our first apartment, staff was incredibly nice when it came to walking us through the process and so patient with me constantly calling with questions. Bathroom and kitchen was redone before moving in. As well as new carpet. Neighbors are mostly quiet enough for my at home schooling, not too much outside activity.Only reason i didnt put five stars: a bit of dirt was painted in with the fresh coat so its clear the apt wasnt swept or anything before the work was done. We occasionally get trash at our porch from neighboring wendys parking lot.Laundry room works but isnt, I'd say, top notch.

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE!!! Where do I start, lived there for 2 years, first apartment moved into, was not cleaned, had pet hair everywhere and was very clear how old this place is, not too many issues there, was just a mediocre job to make the place look nice. Now the Second apartment (only renewed and got a larger apt because lease ended mid-COVID in 2020 and I did not have work) was just as dirty, but 2 doors did close, no tp holder, water takes FOREVER to turn hot, tub surround was falling apart, cracks on 2 windows, front door had trouble closing, air vents could not be closed/opened, 2 kitchen drawers were unusable, patio was unusable due to it literally falling down, and there was a ceiling leak in 2 areas when it rained, NONE of these things were addressed for an entire year. They unclogged a sink that Took them 3 days, that clogged up again after a week. Your AC will stay on during summer 24 hours a day because they DO NOT WORK so expect an electric bill of no less than 200 a month in summer and they will not believe you when you say it doesn't cool.They allow a towing company to roam at their discretion and take any car parked in red without warning (there is NO parking in this place, you have to park your car across the complex at times) The manager Ryan will talk to you like you do not know anything and what he says, goes, the second you move in. I literally had a maintenance worker tell me Ryan has told them that the only important thing is leasing the apartments and once they're in, the rest isn't important. They have acknowledged their lack of urgency to fix issues. I've had a maintenance worker talk to my NEIGHBORS about MY apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE, it might be cheaper than some places but that's because it is, if your living comfortability is important in the slightest do NOT come here.

If I could give zero stars I would. We've been in these apartments for about 2 years. The first year we didn't really have problems. The second year all we had were problems, maintenance wouldn't fix anything or they'd take forever. Our neighbors apartment was broken into , by one of the maintenance staff. None of the residents were notified! The staff play dumb, act can't do their job. They are horrible when it comes to military families. DON'T, I repeat don't live in these apartments.
