A few years ago, a friend of mine passed on unexpectedly. The employees treated his family very well. They were professional and well dressed. They handle everything seamlessly for them. I would definitely recommend this funeral home.

I would like to thank San Jose Funeral Home for their hospitality and how they they coordinated the entire grievance. Most importantly allowing for My Friends,childhood friends,colleagues in the Music world and more to bring mother what I always gave her on every special event. They are caring, attentive, and always go the extra mile to help the family and friends. Typical taking advantage of a terrible situation. They have service for cremation for $945.00, once we arrived to discuss I was not given clear answers and had to say "You are not answering my questions" referring to timeline of actual cremation. I asked to be sure if they would charge extra for a larger gentleman, Ted left the room and came back and said it was an additional charge of $700 plus the $945.I called the other two funeral homes to see if this was normal and did research on line. It was possible for extra charge of maybe $50.00 to $100.00.I decided to go to Perches because they did not up sell us. And assured us there would be no extra charge.It was clear they wanted to take advantage.

The staff here was so incredibly kind and helpful and accommodating. Our service was for a friend in the biker community and we were welcomed and made to feel supported . Thank you for helping me send my friend off in a beautiful and comfortable way

During one of the saddest weeks of our life we were able to turn to the professionals at San Jose Funeral Home. Kind of a weird thing to recommend, but I still would.
