Sakura Ramen

New place to stuff your face, first time here, my initial reaction after our visit, it needs further review. Place is a bit cramped, tables are too close to another. We ordered the fried ebi appetizer, wife ordered Hunan chicken, I ordered the orange chicken. Service was slow, poor server was hustling, but seems they need to iron out service a bit more. Our fried shrimp came out, then wife's hunan chicken, flavor was OK, seems to be missing that jujj, my order went MIA. Finally someone came to check up and asked if we needed anything, I asked about my order. She went to follow up and they had forgot my order, finally brought it out, and it was overly sweet for me, so we'll need to check this place out another time, as they also have sushi, and poké bowls

We were seated immediately, great service, the staff was nice. Chashu bun - the pork belly was good! I wish the cucumber was thinner than what was served and there was some kind of pickled element. The sauce was a bit spicy but good. Will ask for the sauce on the side next time. Pork belly kebab - we ordered lamb too but was informed it was still frozen. But the pork was good!!! Don't skip this! Eat it right away it was delicious Miso ramen - was a bit bland for my liking. I was expecting a stronger miso taste but it tasted more like the side miso soup you get at restaurants Tonkatsu ramen - was good, it had good flavor.Ordered extra noodles to share with my toddler, I reheated the day after and Tonkatsu tasted better.

The food was bland and not very good, would definitely not recommend. The service was mediocre and inattentive to the customers. The overall feel of the restaurant was not the best.

I've been here twice, each time I got different ramen. My dad got Spicy Miso and LOVED it! If you're a fan of spice, maybe this is your thing. The second time I got Shiitake Ramen (with chicken) and it was decent. Not too much flavor is my only complaint. The steamed pork gyoza is the real show stopper!!!!!!

I went there for lunch with my family the other day and it was very disappointing. We sat down and the server was really nice and polite, service was average.Drinks...No refills for any of their soda. Their Coke is the bottled kind and $3 each. For that price, I absolutely think refills should be included. The other sodas are in cans and just like Coke, no refills.As for the food... We had an appetizer that wasn't very good. We all had the tonkotsu ramen and the broth tasted so watered down, it had no flavor. I think the slices of meat were frozen and reheated because parts of them were tough as beef jerky. It was very unpleasant and tasteless and chewing was a struggle. My kids hardly ate theirs and when asked if we wanted to-go containers, we refused. I hadn't eaten anything all day so I ate mine. I LOVE tonkotsu ramen and theirs was a major let down. I was actually sad about it. I added shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots to mine and the rest of my family ordered theirs as is. I didn't see any shiitake mushrooms so I let our server know. She went to the kitchen to ask about it and came back to inform me that the shiitake is under the black mushrooms. Basically, I should have a larger portion of mushrooms. I'm Asian so I know what shiitake looks like. I know it doesn't look like the skinny shredded mushrooms that's included. Anyway, I didn't want to make a fuss over it so I let it go. I wasn't charged the extra $3 but I really didn't appreciate being lied to. And the price? Over $110 for 5 bowls of flavorless subpar ramen, expensive non-refill drinks, and appetizer that wasn't very appetizing. I'm not saying the food was disgusting but it absolutely wasn't worth what we paid for. If you've ever had instant ramen, this place will be a disappointment. Never going back there and won't be recommending it.
