we stayed here 10 years ago and this motel was spotless and perfect. however, we just booked a stay there 7/17/2023. this place has turned into an absolute dive. 1) our room was filthy and full of bugs.2) the ice machine wouldn't produce ice so, the front desk lady said " well, it takes a long time". I explained it wasn't working. she then advised me there was a quick trip gas station just a short distance away that sells ice. then the floor in our room was filthy so being barefooted was definitely not an option. then, did I mention the bugs? daylight was coming in under our door. being an Arizona native,we we were taught never to leave your boots, shoes on the floor, and not your pants or anything. didnt matter. 3) the refrigerator was so iced over it was totally worthless. we'll never ever book a stay there again.used to be notch. now it's a cheap dive.

Clean, king, non-smoking room for $73 - sign me up! Towels were nice & thick, heater was pretty quiet, water pressure and drain in tub/shower were good. We were a little worried when we drove around to where our room was because there seemed to be some long-term guests. We saw folding chairs and a grill outside some of the rooms. It was all ok & pretty quiet.Eric, at the front desk, took my reservation over the phone and had the room keys all ready for us when we arrived 1.5 hours later. He was very nice but did keep referring to us as "bro". I know that's a thing, but we're old-ish (it's all relative, right!? ;) We could have been his parents) and the customer and should be addressed with a more respectful language. He was very friendly, just a little too casual for a place of business

We paid $100 for the night. That included a $10 pet fee. It was no frills but worth the price. The motel was not crowded. This it the type of motel where guy doing field work stay while traveling. There were a handful of young men with their large work trucks they came in while we were out to dinner. They all got up bright and early and left. Other than their comings and going's it was a quiet location which was important because Huckelberry is always alert and will bark. 10 point hotel ratingI decided to establish a scale for rating hotels and motels. I apply the same scale for "luxury" hotels as well as economy motels as I stay in all types depending on where I am traveling and the purpose. After cleanliness there is no particular order. 1. Cleanliness - 1 point2. Comfort of bed two double beds. Clean linens. - 1 point3. Comfort of pillows. Are there both firm and soft available. A little to firm. 4. How new is the room decor and fixtures. Old and very worn5. Quality of room. This includes size, temperature, smell, lighting. Ok6. Quality of bathroom. This includes size, lighting, ventilation. Crowded and small. 7. Bathroom amenities. These include magnifying mirror, presentation, quantity and quality of toiletries. Softness of tissue and towels. Good towels. 1 point8. Friendliness of staff. 9. Noise. Road noise, adjacent room noise, air conditioner noise. 10. Price. Was it worth the price I paid all things considered? This includes proximity to conferences and activities.

This review is not for the hotel . We were just passing by and looking for a king room that's ADA compliance but she doesn't have any availability but suggested us to another hotel that she knows about that can accommodate us. I forgot to get her name but she helped us a lot on good ideas . To you ma'am thank you ! From the two crazy travelers from California

Formally Days Inn. They just recently reopened as Safford Inn and Suites. Nice clean rooms, continental breakfast offered on morning and Manor House Restaurant is right across the street (HWY US 70)Beds were comfy and the price was economical too. So if you are heading to Safford consider staying here.

The office is under construction! The gentleman at the front was very nice and helpful. He gets 4 stars! The room not so much! Upon walking in, the bed topper is waded up in the chair and all the pillows for both beds are piled up on one bed. Then the rest of the room you can see the photos! It needs some attention!

my husband and his coworkers went to safford for work they stayed in this hotel that we do not recommend for anything even if u have children's it's full of cockroaches and bedbugs at 1 in the morning my husband woke up and he FaceTime me to show me he had many bites later he realized that the bed was full of bedbugs and the rooms smell very bad, he preferred to go out and sleep in the truck, I don't recommend this place at all, I think the main task of a hotel should be hygiene and this hotel doesn't have Nothing of that
