S & S Appliances

These guys recondition and sell used appliances. I have bought a dryer and a refrigerator from them. They give a 90 day warranty on their appliances. I have had my dryer over a year and it works great. The refrigerator I bought conked out and needed some replacement parts. Sergio is as good as his word. He has been over twice to fix my fridge. Once to get it going until the part came in; once to put in a part in lieu of the one he ordered. When the part he ordered comes in, he will be back to install it to complete the job. Great service. I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for appliances and doesn't want to pay the big bucks for brand new ones. They are on the corner of Dyer & Fillmore.

We visited S & S from their craigslist ads, which were very informative and thorough. After walking in to be greeted by Sergio, he asked us what we were looking for, and after quoting us some very reasonable prices, offered what he suggested would make a good match for what we needed. After selecting some attractive appliances, I asked if he could offer a discount, and he informed us that delivery fees would be subtracted if we could pick up the appliance ourselves. We told him that we needed delivery, and put down some money. Sergio showed up right on time across town and unloaded the appliances off his truck with a specialized elevator. With the help of an assistant he installed the appliances and ensured they all worked by running them for a cycle. S&S provides a 90 day warranty on all his products as well. I will recommend S & S to anyone who needs a used appliance at an excellent (and i do mean excellent!) price.

I have been here before and bought a refrigerator and a stove . The owner was very easy to work with and I feel he gave me a good deal.

S & S Appliances was a great place for a used appliance. I got a refrigerator from a rent-to-own place and then I looked at S & S Appliance. I found the same one for $500 cash (great condition). I turned the other one in and I still have my refrigerator 2 yrs later, working no issues. I recently called them to pick up an extra dryer I had and they paid me $20 just to pick it up. I just wanted to get rid of it. I would recommend S & S Appliance to anyone, especially if you want something now.
