If you're looking for something that is exotic yet is as satisfying as comfort food, this is the place. An excellent Korean twist on an American tradition: the corn dog. I had a K-Dog coated in ramen, potato, and Hot Cheetos with pineapple habanero as my sauce. When I say divine, I mean I wanted 5 more afterwards, not to mention on top of that the french fries that came with it were incredible. Do not miss out on a unique and flavorful food truck experience like this! Visit Ryu's ASAP! PS: the location where they park is outstanding for a fantastic evening with the family!

Was really looking forward to these K-dogs because I had heard about them from a family member and I finally got a chance to try them. The line was really long and took us about 20-25 minutes to get to the front of the line (which I understand since there are only 3 people working) but we waited for a half hour to receive our K-dogs only for them to be the wrong ones. We didn't even bother going back because we didnt want to wait another half hour for 2 K-dogs...I spent about 25$ for 2 K-dogs. Wish I had a better experience.

3.5 But I'm rounding up because I'm not the biggest corn dog eater in general, I was being adventurous. I'm going to start off with the positive. I absolutely love that this has been brought to El Paso, it's such a fun idea and we need more innovative things here! Also for $10 you get a massive corn dog and fries, so I feel like it's a good value. Everything was fried to perfection, I got the quarter dog (cheese and hot dog) with the potato topping and the sweet chili sauce that comes on the side. My main problem was that everything is uber sweet, they put sugar all over the corn dog and even the fries were sweet. I didn't even try the sweet chili sauce because it would have been too much. My friend got the gochujang aoil sauce which was better and if you're concerned about spice, it's not spicy at all. Back to the sweetness factor, while I get that, that would be more traditional to Korea, I do wish that this would have been mentioned on the menu and that there would have been an option to leave it off. They even had a cinnamon and sugar option, so I thought the rest wouldn't be sweet. The wait was also very long and this was even on a weekday. But I think that it's completely understandable because there's only 3 or 4 people working. And it must mean that they're very popular and worth the wait! While it might not have been my thing, I definitely think it's worth a try and a fun experience!

Totally supportive of this small business. Not a big corn dog or ramen noddle lover but felt the ingredients in their food were made with cheap food... also they were not using proper sanitation measurements. No gloves, hair nets, no beard nets. Found a hair baked inside my corn dog..... no disrespect but i would have rather gone to Lemon Beaters. The corn dogs and lemonade are the same price, made with better grade ingredients, and use better sanitary measurements....
