My wife bought an Atlas in 2019, and we haven't had any significant issues with the car. The dealership runs fairly well for sales. The service department does a good job as well. I have brought the SUV in a few times, and the service was taken care of whether it was brought in or on a scheduled maintenance visit. The waiting area isn't bad. They have drinks and snacks occassionally. The snack area could make some improvements. Overall, everyone is friendly and helpful.

I made an appointment for my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe (9/23 10:15) to get my oil changed and a diagnostic for the automatic start/stop not working. When I got there I was told your service department did not have the parts so it would be 2 hours and I would have to come back another day to leave my car for 2-3 days for a diagnostic. No matter what I said Desiree did not offer any customer service. I was being told in so many words..."can't help you." What was the point of making an appointment and imputing all the data when I would be treated better if I had just driven up. I came to your dealership because 1. I just bought the car less than 6 months ago and 2. I was offered a free oil change because of my purchase. My experience to get some simple work done on my vehicle was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. So I walked out...I am currently getting better service at Walmart. I will not be coming back and I will not be recommending Rudolph's service department to my friends, business contacts or family.

Good luck getting an appointment here. It's October and their earliest availability is in December! Absolutely unacceptable, I have been to VW dealerships in OKC and Maryland where they take care of you the same day. The cherry on top is they also don't have any loaner vehicles. Third world car dealership.

We were car shopping for my mom's dream car, an Atlas. We started this car shopping phase in November. We took home a gray VW Atlas SEL. She didn't want it, because she didn't like the price due to inflation. Finally, we got a red VW Atlas SE w/Technology, and the sales guy, was super nice! If you're shopping for any type of car, I recommend going to Rudolph Volkswagen because everybody there is super nice!

What a mess. I was in contact with the dealership for almost a week, setting expectations to sell my suv and inquiring to buy a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership - as communicated - there were no employees on the lot or in the entryway of the dealership. After finding two gentlemen on the back and asking for help, they acted almost as if they did not work there, pointing to each other, both reluctant to help, had never heard of the employee I'd been in contact with all week, unable to identify what vehicles were available for sale, unable to even find the carfax information on my SUV. After test driving two cars to purchase, they told me they couldn't find anything on my car (a 2022 BMW X7) and instead called the El Paso BMW dealership to get a buy quote. I called ABQ BMW on the spot and received better service with more professionalism. Disrespectful and inept are the two words that describe my experience, so if that's what you are searching for, head on over to Rudolph VW.

I was getting ready to purchase a car last week, a Jetta. Everything was ok even though the salesman seemed a little shady (doing the usual... let me check with my manager nonsense). I've purchased cars before and know how the game works. However, when I asked to meet with the service department (I like to know all areas I will deal with when purchasing a car), I had to unpleasant interaction with a man named Carlos at the front desk. Rude doesn't even begin to explain this guy. After that conversation, I decided not to purchase my car from this dealership. I had been warned that Rudolph (especially VW) should be avoided and now I see why.

Not a bad place; reliable cars and helpful people (in the past). Currently their staffing has gotten a bit obnoxious. You know the stereotypical car dealer? Always pushing to sell or buy NONSTOP at any given moment? That's Jasmine and Edgar. MY GOD, I inquired with them in January but it didn't work out and in APRIL they're still sending me emails and texts every other day, so much so that I've resorted to just blocking them period. Most dealers take a hint but jeez these dealers are like mosquitoes that just won't leave you alone. Other than that this place is pretty decent.

I went to have service performed and supplied the parts myself. The 'advisor' gave me a quote based on their book. He said labor could take 'up to' 4 hours. The service took just under an hour. However, Mr. Tinejero wanted to charge me for 4 hours. After I refused, and explained I was not going to pay for 4 hours labor for something that took less than an hour.Mr. Tinejero grabbed my keys and said then I could just return in 4 hours to pick up my car; refusing to adjust the bill.Demanded a manager become involved. Mr. Tinejero took bill and keys to his manger'Rachael'.He re-emerged stating they'd give me 'employee' pricing. This still was not acceptable. He still refused to hand over my keys, so I reluctantly paid. The following morning, the manager Rachael called to apologize as she didn't have entire story. Said someone from her upper management would call to make it right. Been 2 1/2 weeks and not a call.I will never come back to this shady dealership.

Drove 30 miles for a scheduled appointment to see a specific suv. Maintained communication for the two days leading up to the appointment. Upon getting here I was told they just sold the vehicle. No one reached out and Jerry communicated casually that someone would be out to help with my test drive. Manager came out and said, "oh it just happens sometimes". Absolutely avoid this place because their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Troglodytes.

To get a service or maintenance wait time is crazy long like 2-3 months for a diagnostic for my headlight which I've been experiencing my low beam not turning on and so I decided to take it else where and not to mention calling the parts section man doesn't seem to like to talk to people and answer the phone I've called at least 8 times but no call or even a call back
