Okay so 1. I just noticed the "business photo" is me... so they get some extra gold stars just for that.. but 2.... this was my first time ever buying a car brand new, and this place made it breezy AND enjoyable! Now - Bear with me.. I get to the point eventually!Stopped in here as the last place on the agenda for the first day of new car buying. I had already been to a couple of places to shop around and found some stuff I liked (loved.. just didn't buy because I refuse to be an "impulse buyer")... well right off the bat these dudes were your normal car-salesman-eager types (as soon as you drive up, they're right there with you)... but by the end of the car shopping day I didn't care and was ready to cut the crap. No more "I'm just looking"... so my RBF kicked in and I said "I like XYZ.. with XYZ included... blah blah... super specific.. impress me because I know nothing about Mazda I'm just here as a courtesy to YOU.." (Obviously that's word-for-word.. duh).. So Saul (he was great.. and Hector, too, later on) gave me a very sales-pitchy version of "I have just what you're looking for.. blah.. blah.. blah".... welp.. my RBF was very skeptical... but was pleasantly surprised that HE ACTUALLY DID!... He didn't lead me to the highest priced, best selling piece of fiberglass on wheels.... he gave me EXACTLY WHAT I was looking for... albeit... out of budBut... we got down to my budget.. and RBF was tired and just not sold... so they let me take it (not just for the night, but) for the entire weekend to see what I thought.. Not gonna lie.. this car is nothing special (yes it is.. to me! I LOVE IT).. it's a Smurfette-Blue Mazda CX 3 Touring..So I drove it for the weekend... brought it back in with the intention to NOT get it... just had some minor issues... the style...the "add ons" (again, after seeing the competitors at multiple dealerships AND doing extensive research.. I knew WHAT I should get AND HOW MUCH I should pay)....the color (Okay Ill be honest.. this was my ONLY issue with it...SMURFETTE BLUE _ her name is now Smurfette..) ........... but dude.. after working with Saul And Hector And Elizabeth (the manager).. they came out to a price that made us ALL happy. And now I get a decent price at 0% interest.. unlimited car washes for a year... oil changes.. routine services... so much Stuff!AND.. as if THAT wasn't enough (Obviously, yes I Bought the car!).. what actually led me to this review.... they called to ask about my experience.. and dude.. I had a MILLION questions that I didn't think to ask when buying and stopping back in quickly and what not... this kid (who was just supposed to ask how I enjoyed my car buying experience) went completely OUT OF HIS WAY.. to not just talk to some salesmen to get some answers to basic questions.. but fully researched all that comes with an APP on my phone. So yeah.. let's just say I'm a happy camper

I didn't like the interaction here that much. I have to say the receptionist in the front was very nice and accommodating. She even offered me a drink and pastry. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name! I stopped by because I received an email from them. I'm not quite ready to complete a transaction just yet. I just wanted to hear them out and know what to expect. The sales lady (Lisa) who helped me seemed very nice at first. She turned out to be too aggressive for my liking. I don't like that at all. She fit the used car salesman stereotype perfectly after we finished. She was really pushy. That's a real turnoff for me, especially on a major purchase like a car. She was ready to sell me a car that day. That's not what I really wanted. What really upset me the most is the way she handled things. I was all for looking at what was available. The thing I didn't like was her going to her supervisor to inspect my car. Her supervisor drove my car around the lot! I didn't ask for that. She didn't even ask for my permission to do this! She just said give me your keys. That was partly my fault for just giving them to her. I have some dents in my car. She made that perfectly clear and let me know that very quick. I intend on fixing those soon. Life just gets in the way. Another thing I didn't like was her demanding me to show her my drivers license almost immediately when I walked in. Seriously, who does that within the first few minutes? I don't think I'll be back to this location. The eastside location where I originally got the car is better. They're now owned by Viva instead of Rudolph. I doubt I'll return here. I might but it's probably unlikely. That's not how you sell a product! It may work with others but...being pushy and demanding isn't going to work with me. I should've just walked out.

On May 23, 2016 I went through their chat online and told them I needed a Mazda Miata key. They then transferred me to a call and ok I repeated it. I then got two emails wanting much of the same info but also the VIN - so I sent it.A few days later hearing NOTHING - I emailed Augustin Candeles-no response. It is now the evening of the 28th-- nothing.

I bought my 2018 CX-5 used from a Ford dealer. The car originally was a rental from AZ and the navigation wasn't available (per the Ford dealer). I called Rudolph Mazda West and talked to a female in the service department. After explaining the issue she told me to look in the owners manual ( who does that ) for the chip. She forwarded me to the parts department for a price on the chip. Well, it's way expensive. I checked Amazon and eBay and sure enough it's cheaper online. When my wife got home I checked the manual and sure enough it WAS there. Thank you service department on saving me money. I never had a car that needed a chip for Navigation. This location will be my dealership and I hope the good times roll. If not I'll be on YELP.

My boy friend and I stopped by to take a look for a new vehicle. He really likes the Mazda Miata (Its not called a Miata now but whatever it is) and I was looking at the CX-9's. No one came out and talked to us after being there for about 30 minutes walking the lot by ourselves. As we were driving away my boy friend saw a Miata inside, so we parked and went inside. There was one older gentleman inside. My boy friend told him that he was interested in the Miata and the man acted liked he could careless about showing us the vehicle. He kept stepping in front of me and paid me no attention at all. I finally told my boy friend if he liked the car we will find another one lets go. The man didn't flinch at all. Said have a good day and walked away.

absolutely terrible service from the service department. I was lied to about a rental. service gal told me, " It is not my job to look up your warranty." Had to call the facility where I purchased my Mazda to help us. Took over 2 weeks for an a/c repair as they did not check their email for 5 days. Told I was going to have to pay additional fees, yet when I spoke with the warranty I was told that was not true and I was to pay 0.00.

I took my vehicle for service in June due to my battery dying while I was driving. This led me to suspect that it was an issue with the alternator. I bought a brand new battery and the next day took it into Rudolph Mazda for service. After four days and 1500 dollars in payments they give me back my vehicle assuring me that the alternator is fine and all the other service was related to non-electrical issues. I planned a long trip after the day I received it from the dealership thinking that post tune up, it would run with zero issues. I though everything would be fine since the dealership had worked on it for FOUR DAYS and assured me of NO alternator or battery problems. I got halfway to my destination and my battery light came on. Barely made it to a service station where low and behold, I had to get my alternator changed. This cost me a night in a hotel to repair and extra work on my vehicle. I immediately called Rachel, the service manager, who I thought would handle this and offer me monetary compensation or at least an apology. I was wrong again. After talking to her, she told me she would call me back and see why The El Paso Rudolph Mazda had said my alternator was working fine when clearly it was not. That was five days ago and she never called me back. I have left several messages with her and called repeatedly and have got nothing in return.

first off, we waited 5 hours, yes that's 5 hours to sign the paperwork. would have left but we used our car as a trade-in and it disappeared the first time we told the sales man we were leaving. (your next, maybe 30 more min. we would get told) Then he disappeared. after driving the car home about 160 miles. we noticed a oil leak. (the car had 15 miles on it when we purchased it) told to take it to any local car dealer and they can work on it, it didn't have to be mazda, lie number two. Lie number three, arranged for them to bring us a loaner and pick up the new car, I told them I had to be a work by noon, so make it early in the morning.( not a problem, we will be there around 11 at the latest) they arrived at 12:20. yes, I was late for work. that was 2 weeks ago. I have not heard anything from them, called, and called, and called, still waiting for that call back they promised. did the online chat, told they will contact me as soon as they can. Can anyone say LEMON. I think I'm done. Save your self some time go anywhere else.

Work is good but overpriced (even for a dealership). $65 for an oil change that is $43 at other dealerships is ridiculous. Just can't justify it.
