I've been driving back and forth from SoCal to El Paso since this pandemic started, and I needed my car checked and serviced, so I brought it to Rudolph Honda. The facility is extremely clean, all employees and customers were wearing masks, and social distancing was being practiced. My service advisor was Elizabeth H. She exceeded my expectations. She noticed I was from out of state, explained wear and tear on my vehicle, and the issues that I would be facing because of it. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and she made sure to explain the services done to my vehicle and what I would need in the future based on my driving. My technician was Ernesto. The write up and explanation I received was clear, concise, and helpful. I also got a follow up email with all the info regarding the services performed on my vehicle which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be coming back for service at Rudolph Honda.

I had so much doubt about taking my car to the dealership but since my AC was starting to call quits on me, i thought it would be best to have the dealership take care of it. I was stressing out about being able to manage my time if i have to leave my car for hours at a time. To my surprise, their shuttle service was very much available to drop me off somewhere and pick me up again once its done with their services. That was super convenient! I was afraid i would be stuck there for hours or have to walk somewhere to get some kind of productivity. The shuttle service driver was even shared between Honda, Mazda, and one other dealership close by. His name is Gary and he is the most professional and friendliest person to repsresent their services! He made my experience that much better especially since i had to come back again.They didnt exactly have extra blow motor parts on hand the first time i brought my car in which kind of put a hamper on my work schedule. I try to minimize the amount of time i have to miss work for my personal issues. So i was a bit disappointed that they wouldnt be able to fix it the first time i brought it in on my day off. Thankfully my boss is very understanding so i came back later that week. I had to come by around 0700 and the first shuttle service wasnt until 0800. So i didnt mind waiting since i was able to enjoy a delicious cup of their latte from the machine they have in their lounge area. PLUS they bring complimentary pan dulce and donuts from a local bakery! How nice!That smoothed things over for me plus they ensured that they gave me an accurate quote with no surprise extra charges. In fact, they even lowered the cost with my military discount which i was not expecting! That was truly appreciated. There are still a few services that seems more expensive than other places but i wouldnt mind considering them if it guarantees no surprise issues and high quality customer service!

On 12/9/2021 I had my wife take her CR-V to get a groaning noise checked out and possibly to turn the front rotors. We've previously used them for our services, oil changes and parts for the last 3 years.After waiting 2 hours before telling her it was going to get a diagnosis done, she took an Uber home.About an hour later, she gets a call saying the rear brake pads are almost metal to metal and the fronts are close behind, so may as well do those as well. Front rotors were definitely warped, so turning them made sense.I had changed the pads and rotors myself 11 months ago, so unless there was a major issue, that made no sense. Called and told the service advisor to take pictures, and no pictures ever arrived. Called and told him just to go ahead and turn the rotors, but leave the pads. $170 bucks.Finally got around to taking the wheels off and checking them today. All 4 corners look about a year old, nowhere close to, "metal to metal." The brake turn job is abysmal, I'll give them that it doesn't shake anymore in the front, though.I'll be going to other Honda dealers from now on.

Rudolph Honda is conviently located next to Hwy 10. The service area is quite clean. There's plenty of comfortable chairs in the waiting area. The service writer explained the work in a clear manner. Staff was helpful and friendly. Got my complimentary car wash. It's too bad Las Cruces, NM, doesn't have a Honda store. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Last 3 times we took our car for service here and we have received really bad customer service. Same person at the counter seems to hate people. Not coming back here anymore. Not even for recalls which they never have and have to order. I feel like I am asking for money or something every time I go there.

Full of sketchiness and disappointment. Their dealer Ricardo Knox was trying to sell me a base 2025 civic for 30k before taxes and letting me know they could not ask for a lower price. i went to Honda on the east and in 5 minutes I got the Civic Sport for 28k after taxes. Terrible communication skills, every time id try to work with him or validate my reasons he would just send a . very immature for a grown man. I only gave permission to run my credit through 3 credit bureaus. After it was known that i wasn't going to be getting my car there anymore Mr. Knox went ahead and ran me through 4-5 other credit bureaus which i did not consent to. The immaturity and unwillingness to help is what lost Rudolph Honda a sale. El Paso Honda on the east is what i recommend if you're looking for a reliable dealership.

I purchased a 2021Honda CRV Touring from Rudolph Chevrolet The sound alert of the safety system is not working. I made an appointment with the service dept ,explained my issue, took my car in, and was told this is a diagnostic issue and I would have to leave my car a minimum of 2 or 3 days. A dealership this large should have enough employees to diagnose a problem and schedule repair. This is the first Honda and I will not buy another because of their poor service.

Sold me and my girl friend a used car that doesn't work properly the engine light turns on and off every month and other issues were supposed to be checked but weren't and now we have to deal with them and this issues started one week after we got the car.

Garbage. The sales people talk out of their ass. Worthless. They waste time with gibberish. They don't know their cars. How do you show up to work to try to sell a $20k+ product and not know anything about it? If you don't understand this, apply to Rudolph. Place has gotta be a front for something other than stupidity. Sales person: "We can't order a car. Those days are over."True story. Oh - yeah, I bought a car from these asshats in 2006. Never again. I've bought 6 cars from other places since then. Nice job, Rudolph. You jackassnosed reindeer.
