I always come here to get my haircuts. They are usually pretty good when it comes to haircuts, wouldn't recommend if you were trying to get your hair colored with highlights.. a while back I had gone to get some highlights and the hairstylist who took care of me didn't do as good as a job as I expected.. other than that I will continue to come here for haircuts

My sister brings her some here from California. She loves the cuts and staff is always very nice!

I've been taking my 10 year old here for 3 years, ever since my high schooler son found this place. A lot of boys from franklin high school come here. Hands down..they do the nicest hair cuts for boys/men. My husband also comes here and is always pleased. Can get busy, but it's worth the wait.

Went in for hair color and a cut, none of it was done how I wanted it even after I showed pictures of how I wanted my hair. my hair got fried I haven't found a way to repair it I have to wait until it grows out to cut it off, it's so damaged it breaks off with the slightest touch. I also told the hair stylist to take off 1 to 2 inches off max, and he took off 6! My hair looks horrible and it's extremely damaged that I can't wear it any other way than in a bun. I regret coming to this place.

I am horrified at how unprofessional the owner is! She humiliated me in front of other customers. Here's what happened: I came in for a treatment and a style, my hair is extremely processed as I recently bleached it. The lady doing my hair put the treatment on then she rinsed it off and my hair needed to be dried completely before I could style it. The incompetent hair stylist dried my hair for like 30 minutes I have A TON of hair it should have taken her at least an hour but she got inpatient and started styling it while it was still damp. Need less to say she ruined my hair! I came here to get my hair repair and instead I came out with more damage to my hair! So I asked the hair stylist to just put the treatment back on my hair and I would not style it until it dried naturally. Well when I got to the counter not only were the charging me the ugly style that she did on my hair they were charging me for 2 treatments! Ok so that's not the problem I literally looked like a witch before the second treatment the hair stylist was frying my hair with the flat iron! I don't believe I should have to pay her for work that was done in the most horrible manner. When I questioned the owner why she was charging for work that was horribly done she started yelling at me telling me that I didn't have to pay anything but I wasn't welcome back at her hair salon! Well good! This place is filthy anyway there's dust and cobwebs every where! I am also a business owner and as such I would never disrespect my clients like she disrespected me today.... If she keeps this up eventually she won't have anymore customers... Don't come here business owner doesn't deserve anybody's business

Negative amounts of stars. I should have read the reviews before going. That was my bad. I left the place with a hair cut that looks like a football helmet and my scalp in pain because the guy was SO ROUGH THE ENTIRE TIME. This place is filthy and I hope I don't get lice or catch something. Terrible experience. Lesson learned. Dish out a little extra $ next time and go to an established well reviewed salon next time. Now I have to go and get this fixed by a professional.

I had read a good review about Rubens Hair Salon & Paula was highly recommended.so I called & was told to go ahead & come by so I did & was very pleased with my Highlights & hair cut and style Paula & her staff are very friendly & professional customer service they all work as a team & help eachother out to make the customer feel welcomed & satisfied on their service provided I highly recommend Ruben Hair Salon. !!

My husband has been going there for years. He is extremely happy with Ricky and would never switch.

Staff here is so nice. Paula is usually the one who does our hair. Highlights are always perfect. She does an amazing job. The process can take a long time but it's definitely worth it !

Watch your belongings!!Especially if you seat in Paula's station .I set my expensive sunglasses on her station and they disappeared.When I asked her Paula got very angry.
