Royal Host Motel

Clean, comfortable, friendly and great location. Nicely upgraded 1960's motel. Wonderful experience.

This motel is cute , clean, and comfortable. It's pretty convenient too- there's a Walgreens and a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff are super nice and our room has both a microwave and refrigerator. We also have stuff for a decent pot of coffee, a really nice bathtub, a big bed, lots of hot water, and a quiet air conditioner. I seriously paid $45 for this room. I was expecting nothing nearly this nice and basically a super scary adventure. I'm definitely staying here again.

This motel was the perfect spot for us while we were in town visiting family for the holidays. The Royal Host motel allows dogs which was very important to us. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The room was also equipped with a microwave and mini fridge which really came in handy for warming up our leftovers and such. The owner, Coral, was very welcoming and made our stay extra special. Over all we would love to stay here again.

Super friendly host ! We had a little problemWith our room and the staff had no problem changing it within 2 min! And gave us a bigger room instead ! Super sweet and caring. And can't beat the price!

I dont write many reviews but I felt like I needed to write one on this motel I called and reserved a smoking room with the receptionist the day before we went to los cruces so on our way to los cruces I get a phone call from the motel telling me the room was booked on line and they had no smoking rooms so we agreed to go to another smoking the said they would cut 4 dollars off the bill so instead of paying 72 it would be 68 dollars so when we get to the motel they charged us you 79 dollars in the end we got in the room and the acwasnt keeping the room cool so we had to get a fan so we made it thru the night and then went home at midnight weqaschaeged 10 dollars from the motel called the motel they said we took a towel I told the lady we had our own towels that we didn't use there towels and she started laughing about it so herein am writing this review warning others about this motel's antics

The hosts were so kind, they had a cat to greet you in the office! Instant win for me! The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and TV with an HDMI input. It's a family owned mom and pop motel. Super sweet family evironment!

Good price and friendly enough staff but the place is a little run down. A perfect shower goes a very long way on a road trip but the water pressure was low and the water was either scalding or freezing. They sent a nice thank you card via snail mail, which I thought was a nice touch.

We rolled into las cruces, yesterday, in summer (110F) , around 7 pm. Myself and my (elderly) parents needed a 1 night stay and with their massive amounts of luggage and slight mobility issues, my dad wanted a real motel we could just park in front of the room, and no stairs. And he insisted on cheap lol, even though I paid. We just walked right up and got a room.ROOM WAS SO CLEAN! Probably the most clean I've ever seen in a motel or hotel! (The most expensive I've stayed at is 500 bucks/night) No speck of dust anywhere. I don't care that the remodel is out of fashion; it was built to last and way better than the upscale Vegas motel remodels that cost a lot more. They wisely put down tile and wood laminate so easy to keep clean. And I liked the tile job.Mind you, this is a real motor hotel from the 1950s/1960s and it's a more industrial area of town. So no pool or restaurant and this is a BUDGET MOTEL. But I'd stay here again. It's cute and extremely clean, and parking in front of the room is a plus for my parents. And the owner was extremely nice. She even came to personally check on us about an hour after we checked in. Oh and it was very quiet despite being on the 70.Ps upon further thinking, I gotta knock one star off cause the a/c does need to be updated. But I'd absolutely stay there again.

Really great service. comfortable clean rooms. easy access from freeway. easy to find. gas stations and eateries nearby.

I have had to stay here 3 times in the last year and although it is a low end motel, the price is right! It is always clean and comfy and Ms. Coral is a wonderful lady! She will do whatever she needs to do to make you happy. Now the Pancake Alley is open right next door. It's a great place so all is well there at the Royal Host!!!
