I have read some of the reviews regarding this company and many were not good at all. However, my experience this afternoon was wonderful. When I walked in Brandi (the receptionist) was on the phone. A smile broke from her face acknowledging me. I was then greeted by a tall lovely blond who asked me who I was there to see, and I informed her Andrea Jimenez. She politely asked me to take a seat and that Andrea would be right withe me. She then asked if she knew me and that I looked familiar (gee, I thought that was my line). Anyway, I didn't get her name but that was the start of a very pleasant experience. Andrea appeared shortly and was warm and friendly. We discussed different CPAP masks and was very knowledgeable about the products. I never felt rushed and she took her time answering all my question. Andrea fitted my mask so I wouldn't have to do so and made sure it fit perfectly. She was so delightful to work with. I was then escorted to Tamera (Steve Erwins other daughter), and she followed up with the last part of my appointment. What a joy Tamera was. I had a lovely time discussing her love for animals (reptiles too). All the ladies (Brandy the receptionist too) were friendly, professional and down to earth just fun to work with. Nice to know that great customer service is still alive and well. Thank you Roteck Las Cruces for a wonderful experience. And my new mask.P.S. Some reviews stated they were "ripped off" by Roteck. I checked the prices on line from the manufactures of my mask and hose and they were the same price as Roteck. No up charge or price gouging. The same price.
