Rose's Tax and Business Service

We needed a place to get our taxes done last minute due to my husband's work schedule he was never off in time. We had previously gone to another business and they messed our file up so we decided to go to professionals. I did a quick Google search for tax services in my area. Rose's popped up. Being in El paso I thought it said Roas's not Rose's like the actual flower. We had an appointment set for 6pm, I had called earlier that day to see if they had any openings for earlier since our kids would be in school we wouldn't have to bring them. They were booked solid but were very nice about it. We kept our appointment time at 6pm and bought our 15 month old. Apon walking in I was hesitant to bring in his stroller because i didn't know what the space was like, but after deciding to bring it We walked in the door to a lovely and spacious set up. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist (i did not catch her name) I was instructed to sign in and have a seat. We were informed about 2 mins later that our tax preparer was just about done and she would be with us soon. They had a t.v in the waiting area and 4 comfortable swivel black chairs. We watched some animal planet which my 15 month old loved. About about 7-10 mins we were seated with Beverly. She was a sweet woman and before she got to work she greeted us and our little man. After that she got straight to work. My son was a little fussy half way through and the only gentleman in there started distracting him for me while i looked for his food. Got a little flustered and everyone in there informed me that they have kids and the little crying didn't bother them. That instantly set me at ease. Found his banana and he was a happy camper. She did our taxes and in about 45 mins we were done. Everyone in there was absolutely amazing. We would definitely come back here vs H&R block next year. Thank-you.

Last year we had our taxes prepared by Rose's Tax & Business Service and this year we moved to Las Cruces, NM and when I called Rose's and asked if they service New Mexico, they said they do, therefore we went back to Rose's to have our taxes completed there. It was worth the hour drive. Rose's provides excellent customer service, and their prices are reasonable. I also needed to have some documents notarized and they provided that service as well for a reasonable price of $7.00. I would recommend anyone that needs to have these types of services to have them prepared at Rose's Tax & Business Service in El Paso, TX.
