Cases in general take a long time. Mine was no exception. Do they forget about you? absolutely not. When you're innocent the truth always prevails. Its not always as fast as we would like it to be but it but it does. Those who's allegations are false ALWAYS fall under their own weight. Patience is discipline.

I waited three months to post a review about them to see if my mind would change after time, I still feel the same now that I did three months ago. Rosales is an absolutely terrible law firm. They are extremely slow to communicate, do not stick to their timelines that they say, and don't care about their clients. Time after time, I was promised my case would be complete by a certain date and when we got to that date, there was no communication on their end. When I would call, there would always be an excuse, "oh we didn't make it to the courthouse on time", "yours was supposed to be the last case seen today and they didn't get to it". Piss poor experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to them.

Very terrible service, I regret hiring these people. There very incompetent. At first, they act like they care about you but all they care about is your money. Once you pay them in full they never return phone calls especially Mark Rosales who never gives his email or number away to his clients. His paralegal Sarah Salinas is a very unprofessional person who does not follow up with you. The front desk people are even worse. These people never updated me regarding my case, they kept postponing my case without telling me. To cut this short I had an ugly experience with them that cause me to lose custody of my daughter when I clearly had an opportunity to win custody. Do not waste you're time or money with these people.

Mr. Joe Rosales is fantastic at making you believe everything he has to say. He gets your hopes up and makes promises he cannot keep. He will take all your money and then drop you right before your trial. He charges for every minute he works on your case. He even charges for the phone call to set up an appointment to speak with him. If your lucky you will have a trial on the first attempt. If you are unlucky he will go on vacation the week of your trial and you will have to wait and set up another court date and pay thousands of dollars for him to prepare for the postponed date. A year later and thousands of dollars later you will end up having to represent yourself in court because Mr. Rosales will take your money and leave you high and dry to defend yourself after he wipes out your bank account. He is the most fraudulent lawyer I have ever met. Do not use him to represent you unless you enjoy giving your money away to a liar and a thief!!

I have used this law firm several times before, and would of highly recommended them. The last time I used them, although it was the same lawyer, it felt like it was a completely different firm. After I payed them a large amount of money for a custody case, I was surprised at the lack of communication and professionalism that this firm has converted to. In a five month period, I spoke to Joe Rosales on two different occasions. One was for him to inform me that the hearing was delayed due to the other lawyer not being prepared. And the other was the day of the hearing, due to him not keeping an appointment he himself scheduled. Prior to that, he would make telephonic appointments, and then not be available, with his front desk saying that he was with another client, and would call when he was done. And he would never call back. I provided his office with 2 1/2 years worth of proof that a court order was deing violated, video evidence of physical and emotional abuse, and defamation, among other things. Non of which were even hinted at the hearing. It was almost as if he didn't know that I had provided any of that information to his office. Or didn't care. Which made me wonder if HE was the one that was originally unprepared, as he demonstrated at the hearing. After the hearing, he called me to explain what happened , and what we can do moving forward. A week later I spoke with his assistant, Gabby, who gave me a completely different scenario. I then realized that this case was not about what was right, but about the monetary gain. In the end, the court order violations, the child abuse, nor the defamation meant anything to this "legal" firm. As professional as this law firm once was, they no longer have the moral values nor professional ethics of a law firm worthy of serving the public, specially in a profession as important as the one they represent.

I dealt with with this firm a couple of years ago , and i remember one of the main attorneys telling me, "Just give me a $1000, and i will get you a class C misdemeanor" after listening to me for 3 minutes. - Good thing they care about your situation and not your wallet. Watch out before you put your trust in an "Experienced" attorney who has your best interest.
