Roll-In Flautas

I had to come visit this spot after I seen it highlighted on IG. It's definitely hidden and the side road to reach the locale thru where "Apple Maps" sends you is a dirt road full of sharp rocks and steep. The bottom of my Audi definitely got a beating! So beware!Upon entering, there is no menu except for the touch screen. Im not really into the whole "self serve" QR code-type of ordering so I was alittle annoyed. I want to sit down, get a menu and be served...sorry. The girl was very nice and tried to explain the screen menu with all the options over the loud music being played full-blast on the loudspeaker lol. No bueno- can't understand or hear a word... Didn't even look at the menu options just ordered the four flautas (brisket and desebrada) on a plate (although there's a cup option as well- not sure why).They were put in the fryer and very quickly brought back to the counter where we picked them up and added all of the sauces we wanted. The flautas were pretty skinny, not a lot of meat but the quality of the meat was good. The self serve station was cute with a lot of options except no cotija cheese. But yes nacho cheese. Problem is there's only one station and one of everything so you have to wait behind everyone else reading and choosing from the 15 topping options ... eh not very efficient.My favorite sauces was the red Chile and guacasalsa. The corn was ok. The medium size cup of soda was overpriced @ $2.75!!!At the the cashier machine, after doing everything yourself, it asks if you want to leave a tip!?!? Like, huh? You mean to myself!? That was funny.The place was ok but I still prefer Cometa flautas!

What a great place this is. Self order your flautas then go up to a fully loaded toppings bar. They literally have everything you could possibly add to your flautas. Comfortable seating indoors and outside too. It was raining the day we went or we would've partaken on a game of corn hole outside. Cute little spot worth delicious flautas.

Went to see this new place and wow wasn't disappointed the fluatas were very good my wife also tried them they give you the flautas and you put the condiments and salsa you want they provide a table we're all al keep hot and cold the beer was cold my wife had the pinacolada was good do recommend this place .

Awesome atmosphere with delicious food. They offer a variety of flautas with a self serve toppings bar offering all the fixing of salsas, lettuce, queso and more . The murals and theme is trendy and so fun. Their high tech and modern so you place your own order on a large tablet. You can tell they paid attention to the details which makes a great spot in the neighborhood!

OMG- so many wonderful things to say about this cute restaurant! The girl behind the counter was so helpful and friendly and she gave me so many great suggestions. The highlight for me was the cheese and chile flautas- super spicy and flavorful- worth a visit in and of itself. Plus their condiment bar puts all other tacos places in EP to shame. My faves were the corn, fideo, queso with chile and their marinated beets. Prices were great and the place was spotless. I highly recommend!

Amazing selection of sauces. Great service. Super fun outdoor patio- a fav with the kids. Love this place when we're looking for some good food and kid entertainment!

The flautas are awesome, and for my low carb friend, very KETO friendly. We ordered nachos, no chips! They provide the proteins, you like on the nacho cheese, veggies and sauces yourself. Beers on tap, and an outdoor game area for big kids and your pooches. Super friendly and helpful staff. There's a welcoming attitude and good service.

This place is amazing! Seriously, my husband and I almost went for a second time this week because we enjoyed it so much. The flautas were amazing and the little bar that they have full of toppings was so good! I had the potato and deshebrada flautas and I loved them both. We thought the queso was amazing and the sopa and elote were also so good! We will definitely be going back and I've been telling everyone that they need to try it.

The Flautas are delicious...brisket, pibil, and chicken. I haven't tried the others yet but planned to. The salsa bar is backed with everything you would want for a side dish and garnish. But it's the customer service, ambience and casual dining experience that adds to just having a great meal. I won't go to El Cometa anymore with their 30 minute wait times. This is my choice now!
