Rode Inn Motel

Don't judge a book by its cover... This place is great! The customer service was exceptional and even made arrangements for an after hours check-in. The room super clean! It is pet friendly but I didn't see or hear any pets and there was no smell or hair in the room. It was a great room! We will stay there again the next time we pass through.

I had been on the road for over 10 hours, it was after 1:00 AM, and I was exhausted. I picked up the phone, by the hotel's front office door and inquired about available vacancy. The office personnel was courteous and professional. It was refreshing to check-in to a motel, in the middle of nowhere, and have such service. My room was and continued to be extremely clean, throughout my stay(Due to some personal/business matters, I had to stay additional nights.). I enjoyed the picnic benches and relaxing scenery/atmosphere, in the back of the hotel. Some mornings, I would see one of the office personnel, rake the rocks/gravel of the entire parking lot. Due to my work related experiences, I asked if it was therapeutic. She informed me, it was to spread the rocks and pick up any potential hazards(screws/etc.., accidentally dropped by workers[guests], etc...). I praised the appearance of the entire parking lot, but mostly the service provided by the office and housekeeping personnel.
