First time here for an early dinner, great service. Hubby & I had the double patty burger on a brioche bun, with Rocking K Ranch fries so good! Beer on tap always a plus, especially Blue Moon. Watched part of the Tucson Rodeo on TV at the bar, 100th anniversary, yay! Nice view from the bar, love the small town atmosphere. Thank You Rocking K. We'll be back sometime soon, Cheers!

The Rocking K Market has been a nice stopping point on bike rides to and from Pistol hill. Over the years it has been positively upgraded and has a good ambiance inside and out.I stopped in last week after cycling over 30 miles to refuel and hydrate. I decided to eat lunch and ordered a $15 burger. To my surprise is was a double beef patty, and it looked delicious with a side of seasoned french fries. Upon negotiating my first bite the beef patties were tough and all taste cooked out. No juicy center only tough, dry, over cooked patties. The service was friendly and attentive, I only wish the cook had been as attentive to the task at hand. This was not my first meal at the Rocking K and more than likely not my last, but I will ensure to ask the cook to not massacre the beef.

Blink and you will miss it place on the side of the road at the base of the Rincon Mountains. Stopped in for lunch. Had the bacon/green chili mac & cheese and a naan-pizza. Both were good and reasonably priced. Had a Ranch Hand hazy IPA to go with, which was excellent. Best hazy I have had. Ally, our server, was friendly, fun, and competent. A good experience. With the trip if visiting east section if Saguaro National Park about 6 miles to the north.

We were in this area and decided it'd be fun to check out this little market/restaurant. I'd driven by many times, but had never actually stopped in. Walking inside, it looked much bigger than it had from the outside. It was a combo convenience store, bakery, wine store, and restaurant. We were looking for coffee/tea and maybe some pastries to enjoy while we enjoyed some friend-time. While we were there, they brought out a big tray of yummy looking pastries. Every one of them looked delightful, but I chose a cherry danish. I got an unsweetened iced tea from the refrigerator case since many of their fountain drinks were unavailable. We sat inside since it was a typical Arizona summer day, but they did have some outdoor seating as well. We saw that they had several hot choices for actual breakfast from the kitchen there, and lunch, possibly dinner as well. We'll have to come try an actual meal sometime. The gal working was pleasant and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise.

Stopped in for dinner for the first time very quaint little country store with a restaurant. Our waitress was very sweet, friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the menu had the lemon chicken piccata was very good. Wings and poppers were also good delicious gigantic burger. My friend had a short little ride from Houghton and Golf Links would definitely recommend and we'll go back again.

I love me a Rueben sandwich, and theirs is wonderful. And the fries? STOP IT. So good. This place reminds me of a spot we used to go to when we lived in other state- half general store, half bar with food. There's plenty of seating. Everyone is really nice and the service is great! I don't drink alcohol, so IDK about the bar, can't speak to that.

Glad I finally had time to post a review. We have probably been here for drinks and food at least a dozen times. I almost want to keep it a secret so the place doesn't become too crowded. The place has a great new menu and the staff is as friendly as they come. It is a neat place. We love it.
