Rockin Jump

BEWARE! If you don't mind your kid bones broke! Place can be a$$hO!€s about socks and stuff but it's ok if a bigger kid jumps in the same place a smaller kid is at and breaks their bones! F this place!

This is a fun place for kids to burn their energy. There are several bounce or jumping events as well as other activities. I have been here for a few events and they were for birthday parties.$$ They also provide military discounts.

I did not love Rockin Jump. Its hard to appreciate this establishment when my family and I have been to other similar jumping establishments and even their sister location on the east side seems much better. This specific location seems built for younger kids ... 8 and below. As an adult they don't tell you this, they ask you if you want to jump so you pay and when you finally enter the facility its for mini size. Overall, my whole experience at this location started bad. Their parking lot is not big enough so parked on the street. Was asked to sign the waiver and the specific computer I used was out of paper so then when I approached them to tell them my family and I were rudely ignored by their staff for about 5 minutes while she carried a random conversation with a client and avoiding looking our way. When she finally acknowledged us she questioned us 3 times about the printer and left us there helping other clients, when other clients arrived with the same problem she helped them not us. Finally, a different staff started to assist us but asked us to get in a different line so someone else could help.. I told him we had been waiting so he did finally helped us.. while paying (Approx $25 per person) he asked if we had socks we said yes... we brought socks bought in other different establishments.. and after 20 minutes we were finally in. Their snack bar advertises pizza and chicken fingers but when you ask for them they say they got other orders in for parties so it may take up to 30 minutes for one order. Got a hot dog which apparently had been sitting there for ours.. by far worst hot dog ever. When about to play some dodgeball we were approached saying we couldn't jump because we did not have "Rocking Jump" socks and we needed to buy some. When I spoke to the front desk staff they stated I signed a waiver stating I would only use "Rocking Jump" socks. That waiver that no one reads says that.. I refused to pay for the socks... because why not just add them to the original price which is high enough as it is.. They apologized many times eventually socks were given and I was asked for next time to specifically bring "Rocking jump" socks. (Stupid rule, jumping socks are jumping socks). I was disappointed at the establishment again it is not for teenagers much less for adults and they should warn you. Made the most of it, I will definitely not come back.

I have patronized this business for years with parties for my grandchildren and numerous one time, day and month passes. My my granddaughter visited in June and I paid with my credit card. This business has drafted July, August and September after repeated verbal and written requests to please stop taking unauthorized drafts from my account. I will file with the BBB, it is really disappointing. Be aware of their unethical business practices.

Definitely very very bad service!!!! The owner/ manager (man with grey hair)does not respect the monthly pass dates. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY BAD ATTITUDE. Do not recommend this place at all, for the money you can go to a much better and friendlier place for the kiddos to have fun and enjoy them selves. Ever again will we go there.

Really, really expensive! Not just the base price to get in, but you have to pay extra for some of the "special" activities they have available. To pay $24 per person to get in, and not be able to do all of the activities was very disappointing.If it wasn't a special occasion with our granddaughter visiting, we wouldn't have bothered paying to go in. She lived it, which makes it somewhat worthwhile, but it's an expensive way to spend a couple of hours entertaining kids - good thing we only had to pay for one child!

We were driving from California to Texas for the holidays. After driving for 13 hours, our 8 year old was sooooo tired of sitting in the car. After getting checked into the hotel, I looked on Yelp to see if there was somewhere close by that would let her burn off some steam for a couple of hours.We found Rockin Jump and she had a blast. Nice group of kids in the dodgeball area included her in the game and she totally enjoyed that and all of the other areas. Especially the game on the floor!We would definitely stop by anytime we are passing through and need an active activity.

On Groupon today they had a special voucher for two 1hr jump passes, which I purchased. When we got here, I was informed by the cashier that the voucher could not be used, since they consider summer break a holiday & holidays are excluded from the promotions. Also, I have a 3year old & I was also required to by a jump pass for myself since he's a toddler. The positive thing was that she did offer to give me the promotional price of $9 per person. The kiddos had a fun time & the hour definitely seemed a lot longer than an hour for my out of shape self. LOL. I'd definitely recommend this place for kids of all ages to burn off energy & adults looking for a good workout. And I'll definitely be back since I won't be able to use the voucher until the school year starts. The only reason I'm not giving 5-stars is since I ended up spending way more than I intended due to the fact that GROUPONS ARE NOT VALID DURING THE SUMMER OR HOLIDAYS!

My kids and I had the best time of our childish lives... and yes that includes me :). The price to get in was a little high but for your kids and some fun you can get into as well, meh, why not. The staff was super kind and considerate with me coming in with 3 kids and one being a baby. They made recommendations for what to get on and which to stay away from. The price for all the meals were fairly priced (hot dog, pizza, candy, etc.) They have a rest area for parents with flat screen tvs so your kids can play while you lounge and relax. There's only one bathroom in the building so but it's very clean. You have to wear trampoline socks which made us feel as if they took pride in maintain a sanitized fun zone for families. They had so many different trampoline areas from single trampolines, dodgeball areas, basketball areas and more. It was just an awesome experience.If I could, I'd come back again. But I'm in San Antonio now. But when I come back to El Paso again, trust me. This place is on my list.Enjoy, #YelpNation-Cole

Place is a rip off. They charge you 15.00 for pizzas they bought from little Caesars. To top it off you have to purchase their socks
