I went to this CPA company for my tax returns on February 25th, 2021. I did not feel my return amount was correct so I called and questioned it. The CPA, Bob Henderson, realized it was incorrect and he said I was shortened by $744. He said he would submit an amendment. He never did so when I called to find out what was happening, his response was, "refresh my memory ". After the amendment was submitted, I waited and waited and finally went to speak to the owner, Robert Torres, on June 2nd. He apologized and refunded my payments of $173 and said he would find out the status of my refund from the IRS. It is now June 25th and after MULTIPLE calls to his office I still haven't heard back. He obviously thinks my tax return status is of no importance to him. Do not use this CPA company.
