Excellent customer service! María is amazing and super helpful! The facility is clean, secure, well lit and reasonably priced. Climate control is perfect especially for those super hot days. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage!

Great storage units. We love the temperature regulated climate control feature and the fact that it is so clean, well lit, in a great location and has competitive prices. The security on the outside doors preventing everyone from being able to get in makes us confident that our things are safe inside the facility.

Today is Monday January 28, 2019 and I had to go to the storage facility where I keep my most treasured items, that I haven't seen in years, and something occurred to me and I just had to speak out about it. It occurred to me how nice, clean, and brightly lit this storage facility is. I've been coming here for close to five years now, and it's been so consistently comfortable, clean, I've always felt secure and safe there. All the motion lights work, and the bathrooms are kept remarkable clean. All that doesn't just happen by itself, so I went into the office and had to shake the hand of the person responsible, Maria, and thank her personally. I also wanted to write this review to let other perspective customers know how wonderful Roadrunner Self Storage is and to perhaps encourage other customers recognize what a wonderful facility this is and how much Maria does for you.Thank you Maria, you are appreciated.Michael DeJulio
