These experiences are why I'm totally in love with El Paso! Just had the best experience with Rio Grande Pharmacy! They made my life so much easier. Instead of stressing about dragging my kid out of bed again and having to wait at the pharmacy, they delivered the prescription right to my doorstep within an hour of receiving it from the doctor. And guess what? It was absolutely FREE! Can you believe it? If you live on the Westside, you're in luck! Rio Grande Pharmacy delivers all the way to UTEP, and let me tell you, they're the sweetest! Your prescription does need to be received by a certain time to be delivered same day if they have it in stock, and they usually leave around 1:30 PM and make a loop around the Westside. If they receive your prescription later in the day, they'll deliver it the next day. But if you prefer, you can also swing by and pick it up. Personally, I've always had amazing results with them. Daniel, the head pharmacist and owner, truly cares about safety and making sure customers are happy. It's so refreshing to find a local place like this, especially when so many places these days treat you like just another number. -TODOELPASO

They're managed covid really well by bringing your medication to the car and have keep essentials in stock. The staff is super friendly and always trying to help out.

I have been using Rio Grande since their inception and I couldn't b e happier! A friendly crew, great Pharmacist always available and Tommy goes out of his way to make our deliveries. Amazing crew. They are so helpful, very communicative, no lines, even look for coupons for me and deliver nearby. We have a ton of unusual prescriptions and they are amazing with all the prior auths (which are so painful!). Cannot say enough wonderful things about the business, but moreso the people who work there and really care to make a difference!

I live near San Elizario, I needed face shields with glasses not head bands. I spoke to Mayra, she helped me with so much kindness and professionalism. She offered to meet me with my purchase on the east side of El Paso so I wouldn't have to drive 45 minutes to Doniphan. She went above and beyond in service!
