I appreciated their willingness to give input and answer my questions over the phone, even though I was not one of their clients. They didn't have to do that, but they were patient and helpful during the conversation.

Didn't do anything for me. After dropping $400 and waiting for 3 and a half years, ended back to square one. After last hearing and denial I was annoyed. They sent me a letter saying to come to the office. I called to find out why. One of the lawyers talked to me but never told me why. 2 days later, received a letter saying I was being dropped as a client and I might incurr fees doing to being dropped. Yeah, good try thinking you could milk me for more money. Please go elsewhere for ss problems.

Cattle law firm, they herd the clients in then girls working there are rude. They close the firm at different hours, its 4:19 and theyre locking up already. Its 11:50 and they lock up for lunch then at 1:05 they casually stroll in bypassing all the clients outside waiting. This firm has no on site attorney just the secretaries and paralegals. It's literally raining and 11:50a and there are people outside waiting since doors are locked. The girls working there spend more time eating than working, why else would office be closed 10 minutes before noon.

Not recommended at all. I was referred to them by a personal injury clinic after a car accident in 2020. It's been 4 years and they have never reached out to me once. I have gone to their office to request updates, and they give me the run-around providing BS excuses for the delay. They said they were having difficulty obtaining the hospital bill. The hospital began to send me to creditors for not paying the bill. I gave creditors the lawyer's number multiple times. Unfortunately, I have not been able to help the situation because the hospital and the creditors say they cannot speak to me if I have a lawyer! I'm stuck and don't know what to do. This has been one of the worst experiences!

I went to them in 2015-2016. They didn't do anything for me but were quick to ask for a fee up front. I was the one who did all the leg work. I had to run back and forth to make sure they got my medical records or anything else they needed. They are worthless. I ended up getting social security benefits on my own without their help. Talk about a lazy family! I don't recommend at all!

They promise you the moon and the stars and then nothing! I borrowed money from a couple of people to be able to pay their fee, since I can't work. They literally did nothing! No communication after I paid. I wouldn't recommend!

I was in a car wreck last March. I have never had to deal with a situation like this before so I was unaware of how things worked. You guys contacted me. I agreed to hire you guys not knowing that you are out of Houston. I am in dfw area. I called and left messages and never got phone call back. So I hired a different lawyer. Now your law firm has a lien against my settlement when you guys did absolutely nothing for me or my case. Not only did you guys solicited me you also are trying to take money from my case and did absolutely nothing. Could not even return phone call. I want the lien off my case or I'm contacting state bar. I would not recommend hiring these people for any legal work.
