I was staying in El Paso for a night when I heard a really loud clacking coming from the front of my car. I was in a huge rush to find somebody who could look at my car since I had to drive to San Angelo the next day. They were very fast at getting me helped even though they were already swamped and took it for a test drive. The fix ended up being super simple. There was rubber from the inside of my car hitting my wheel and it just needed to be taken off. They did it super quick and didn't even charge me. Everybody was super nice and quick to explain things. Highly recommend

My husband and I broke down going through El Paso coming from California on the way back to Houston the Friday after Christmas 2019. Although they were not able to get to it on Friday. They jumped on it first thing Saturday morning and we were back on the road by that afternoon!! Very friendly professional staff!

[I obtained service on 10/26/16.]Resler Automotive was one of the three AAA-approved auto repair facilities near my residence in El Paso. The labor cost of $85/hr was very affordable, and the posted oil change price of $26.95 was as well.I came for a Texas safety inspection ($18.95 at Resler) and the replacement of a faulty Electric Power Steering (EPS) fuse on my 2006 Chevy Malibu.Resler Automotive provided me with an efficient resolution of both of these needs, as they made sure to perform them in the order that would allow for the fastest turnaround of my vehicle. The EPS fuse is a unique 80 Amp fuse on the Malibu, and had the shop replaced the fuse before the safety inspection, they let me know that it would have prevented me from passing the safety inspection as the fuse replacement would have reset the car's memory.I brought my own fuse, purchased from Rudolph Chevrolet; and Resler Automotive spent 10 minutes of labor to replace it, charging me $8.50. The fuse replacement fixed my EPS issue, and it was fantastic to get my power steering system back.I also needed a replacement wiper blade, and the Resler Automotive technician provided me with the single blade that I needed, a Rain-X 20' Wiper Blade, for $9.95.The technicians were also all very friendly and willing to explain their assessment of how to best address my needs. Based on what I could observe of their work in my situation, they also seem to be very capable mechanics.Another long-time customer of Resler Automotive was in the lobby when I arrived, and he said that, in his experience, Resler represents the most honest and capable auto repair facility on El Paso's west side.I certainly had such a positive experience during my recent visit, and I look forward to the opportunity to continue to benefit from Resler Automotive's compassion and expertise for any of my auto repair needs in the future.Thank you to all the technicians at Resler Automotive. When I have problems with my GMC truck I take it to Resler Auto Repair shop Arturo and his crew are great mechanics great diagnostic skills I won't take my truck any where else .... Prices are reasonable Keep up the great work Arturo and crew

Great service price and honest people , I recommend others to bring your car and save moneyI will update my experience with more details but at this point I will tell they saved me ton of money and told me the truth instead of lie and charge non necessary diagnostics as the brand service I used to visit every time , Coronado charged me very fair and no lies I will not lie to you , they are crowded and handle that 6 days waitlist is very painful , leave your car for 5-6 days just to get an estimate is a long wait as you will be forced to leave you with a car parked outside their business almost a week to get an answer , but they seems to honest and is the reason I will come back and recommend this place to many others, God bless this business

My husband was out of town for a month and I'm unable to drive manual without needing a new clutch afterwards. I am new to El Paso and was needing to get my annual auto inspection. I drove by Resler Automotive and noticed how busy they were...a good sign! I called to inquire about state inspections and was told to arrive early due to the large customer base. The next day I arrived there early and was chatting with another customer. He said that he and his family had been bringing their vehicles to Resler Automotive for 30 years. He also mentioned that the owner, Art, always gave reasonable estimates on repairs and never suggested additional recommendations like most of the large chains and dealerships due. In short, use Resler Automotive for your car needs! :)

My car broke down last week, thought it was the alternator. Had to get it towed here, they ran some tests and installed a new battery the next day. They are very professional , courteous, and knowledgable. Even gave me a veterans discount. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on. Thanks Resler Automotive.
