Regus has great office space. The staff here are very accommodating, and helpful when you need space for a last minute meeting. If you have visitors they will screen them for you and help guide your visitors where you need. The office space itself is very nice and well equipped. The Regus site as a whole has a kitchen, and coffee/tea and other beverages depending on your lease.

Regus is great! And this Regus branch is super! The staff is really friendly, Joe is a friendly and capable manager and the offices have a fresh and modern look and they are comfortable and some have great views. Some other Regus branches are a bit loud and disorganized, but this Regus office is really peaceful and nicely run. If you want to talk to some of your neighbors renting an office there, they are all very nice and interesting, too. We spent quite some time looking around in El Paso and some of the other office rentals are more expensive AND less nice looking/comfortable. Only one office rental was comparable to Regus. But we chose Regus because it is a world wide brand name, which means quality (and with some of their plans you can even use their offices all over the USA and worldwide).

They have the worst billing department. The staff and manager are great but their corporate offices need a better billing department.

They need to improve their service as they did not want to help me when I walked in. And they did not help me in a proper way.

I was lied to from the start, it is a club with a $99 membership fee. No doubt the Offices are the "eye candy" i.e. a professional look. The scam is to send you a confusing monthly statement and then apply a late fee of, are you ready for this (?) $28.95 or 49% on a $59 per month rental. So if you're late you just paid $86.95 for a mailbox. Really? Better to rent elsewhere, but if you can't or just don't want to. Then READ YOUR CONTRACTS carefully , maybe have your attorney review them first. Many of the fees are not disclosed. If you call to see if you have any mail there is a $9 fee etc. READ, READ, READ before you sign.

I first saw an ad for a mailbox on Craigslist as I have my own business and didn't want to use my home address. I then met Mr. Thomas at a networking event by chance and I was sold immediately on his honesty especially on his commitment to help grow my business through his linkedin account as well as informed me of other networking events he would attend with me. He also shared stories of how clients have started with just a mailbox and because of the flexibility Regus offers that I can grow very easily into an office when I am ready. A very good experience and it was his enthusiasm about his company that convinced me. He spoke highly of his staff, so i look forward to meeting them.

Being here at Regus has allowed us to be able to remain flexible while our new facility is being finished up! While we were waiting for our new office to be completed we were able to remain focused on our day to day operations! The staff is always friendly and helpful!

Where do I begin? Regus is one of THE absolute most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. I rented an office there starting in January of this year and I signed on for a 6 month lease. The price I was given was actually VERY affordable and downright cheap, but each month, the company tried its best to not charge me the agreed-upon price. My office rent was $250 plus about $100 for internet, and $30 for coffee. Total cost was to be around 380-400 a month (with incidentals such as copies or parking). Every month, I got invoices that ranged anywhere from $600-$1200. One month, Regus billed be 500 for internet use, even though my $100 package was supposed to be unlimited. The fact that I had to go basically yell at the office manager every month to fix these problems really wasted my productivity. I work in advertising and I bill by the hour. If I added up all the hours I spent wasting my time fighting these charges, I'd make a pretty penny off of them. The crowning moment was one month when Regus again had an invoice for me for $1200 on TOP of my actual cost. I paid my $380 or so, and then they decided to just go ahead and help themselves to the other $1200 from my bank account. The poor office manager ended up having to somehow find the money and give it back to me because the company said it would take some time to process THEIR mistake! Then, just today (my last month was July) of course Regus now decided to send me an invoice for the next three months, even though I suspended my relationship with Regus and even gave formal notice. Now I am receiving collection notices from them and my next step is to contact my attorney to actually take some steps against this company. The headaches and stress they have caused me could never be worth the cheap office prices they advertise.
