Refrigeration Express

Recently worked with this company. Paid for stuff that wasn't needed because of thief wrong diagnosis. Had to spent a bunch more money to get it fixed. Sadly not all companies honor their work .

Be careful with this one. They replaced the roof unit of the A/C and pinched a wire. They blew 4 fuses and a transformer at the control board of the furnace and blamed me afterwards and said i wired the Thermostat wrong......lol. They lied about their fault and blamed a wrongly wired Thermostat. Everything was working fine for several years until they repaired the top unit and pinched the wire.After i refused to pay for their mistake they took the disconnect from the top which was not theirs to take and tried to blackmail to either pay or have no A/C during the Texas Heatwave.Not a company to recommend.

So very happy with this company. Very impressed with their customer service. Great service from beginning to end. Ms Lujan went out of her way to make sure we got the Refrideration unit and we are so very thankful to her and her staff very professional service. I would highly recommend this company
