Was a No Call No Show after we set an appointment. After trying to call several times, called from a different number which he answered immediately and gave no excuse for No Call No Showing! Went with another local person who was much cheaper and way better!

If I have the opportunity to give Refrigerated Solutions (Victor) five stars, I would definitely give him more than five stars. We've recommended Victor to family and friends as well. Victor has always taken the time and knowledge to educate us on proper maintenance and the do's and Don't in keeping our new refrigerator AC/Heating in good working order. We've never had an issue with any of the work he has done for us. He works hard and he's extremely professional. In 5+ years we have yet to have any issues with his services. Every year, every season and yet no issues. Thank you Victor for keeping us cool in the hot summer days. And keeping us warm in the cold days. Thank you Victor for all the hard work you did for us in the past few months. Also thank you for being patient with all the upgrades happening at our home.
