These people will treat you like they are a collection agency. Once they have you sign their contract they will be rude and will not assist with questions regarding your contract or other information. I tried speaking to the assistant manager, Lulu, but she was talking down to me and kept cutting me off. I then tried to speak to the general manager, the owner, Joe Collado about her tone and the way she was talking to their customers. He wouldn't let me talk and kept interrupting to insult me. His exact word was "I have spent more time on the toilet then you have been working in customer service." He kept raising his voice and squinting his eyes at me trying to cause a physical altercation. I asked for someone above him and he said this is his business. I said I would make a review so people will stay clear and never be a return customer but he said one comment won't affect his business. Sad to see people like this treat others in this manner just because "there is nothing you can do about it"... I now realize that was his wife/girlfriend which explains why they were both starring me down as they ignored my issues.
