This moving company serviced one of my clients. She was in a situation where abuse was the key factor for her leaving. She had originally called my looking for pick up. I was able to advise her on where to go get help from local law enforcement for moving assistance to move back home to her family. Ready set go was able to pick her up less the. 24 hours from the time she called back to book. They didn't charge her a penny over the original estimate. Also ℹ assisted her as well with aid because they gave so little to her for assistance with the cost of her move. I would recommend everyone moving out of New Mexico to move with them they did an amazing job and took care of all her items even giving her free storage.Thanks!Jill

First, let me preface this review by saying that I understand moving companies have challenges. I understand that things get damaged and sometimes lost. However, I expect the company to resolve those issues, and, well, this has just not been the case.I was fine with my items arriving a full month after pickup. It was a long move (New Mexico to New York). I was fine with some of my furniture being scuffed up. Hey, it happens. What I'm not okay with is my missing twin mattresses. I don't own much furniture, so I'm not sure how this happened. I have also not heard anything from the company since the initial response that they would look into it (about six months). I've had movers lose things in the past, but not giant pieces of furniture. I don't have the money to replace them right now as mattresses are big ticket items, so my kids have been sleeping on air mattresses ever since.My other issue was that upon arrival with my items the only way to pay the remainder of what I owed was through Cash app or Apple Pay. I kept having issues with both and was offered no alternative. It turns out Cash app only allows $1000 to be sent in a single transaction, and all I needed to do was divide the amount I owed into two separate transactions, one right after the other. For a company that only accepts Cash app and Apple Pay as method of payment, this is critical information. I was having a panic attack the whole time they were unloading, thinking my bank had flagged it as fraud (it was late and the bank was closed), and the movers had nothing to say except "gee, I hope you get it figured out, otherwise we have to load your stuff back up and charge you another 500 dollars to bring it tomorrow". They were very polite but didn't seem very experienced with moving items.

Six months since my initial contact regarding the horrible arrival condition of much of my antique and imported furniture. Six months since they said they were working on my claim I turned in at their pretend office on Lohman. Six months since I fixed most all of the damage myself out of pocket. Run from this company as fast as you can.

I would give zero or negative stars if that was allowed.ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY. They were hired by a customer of mine to deliver their personal belongings to one of the stoage units in our self storage facility. Their truck driver scraped and dented the corner of the canopy hanging over my office when he could not make the turn properly. They denied ever touching the building 10 minutes later and started yelling at me "for falsely accusing them".They won't even admit it when they mess up, which is all the time. NEVER USE !!

Absolute worst company I've ever worked with. Damaged multiple goods and will not send me a claims form. My main contact, Armando, told me he would send me a claims form and now won't respond to my follow up attempts. Customer service will not respond to me despite multiple attempts at reaching out via email and phone calls with voicemails. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They will destroy your belongings and never respond once they take your money.Edit since company response: A company who refuses to return personal phone calls and emails but will respond to a yelp review is enough to prove my review on the lack of professionalism of this company is accurate.

Packing was good. Unpacking at destination left mess with missing screws and incomplete assemblies. Bedframe damaged, desk, coffee stand are missing long screws that you can't buy in market. so basically I have to throw it off. In total I lost approx $1500 worth of goods. They will take payment before unloading. After that good luck if you get everything done right. Can't do anything about it. I am going to add in blacklist and won't recommend for any employer moving services in the future.

Updated reply: I chose to utilize this public forum like SO MANY OTHER DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS OF RSG because of how poorly you managed your business with us. I wish this had not gone this way.First: The fact that you have repeatedly exonerated your company from the serious mishandling and mangling of many of our personal possessions in this move is absurd. Who pays for the move--the homeowner or the employer--has no bearing on your responsibility to handle our goods professionally and when damaged, to pay YOUR CONTRACTUALLY AGREED UPON REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGED GOODS. Customers trust you to handle their possessions with care.Second: We, the customer, supplied 10 large roles of bubble wrap, 10 small rolls of bubble wrap, three large rolls of furniture plastic wrap, probably a dozen rolls of packing tape, four dozen boxes of various sizes. We purchased all of these expendables new AND saved boxes from previous moves, precisely because we didn't want our fine, antique, and heirloom furniture damaged. How many times did I have to ask your crew, "Please don't use packing tape directly on the surface of furniture"? Many. Third: You had a semi parked in front of our house, at the bottom of the driveway, which we loaded goods into on one of the days loading. Unfortunately it was half-full when you brought it. Fourth: A representative from your company walked through our home prior to the move. His erroneous estimate is his error. By the evidence of years of reviews on Yelp and BBB, my experience with your company is not unique. There are years worth of people citing damages, poor wrapping, evasion of communications and lack of reimbursement on damages. The evidence is against you. -------------------------------Previous reviewWe used RSG to move in June 2018. My previous review has been removed somehow. Here it is again. They trashed most of our fine furniture. Totally unprepared with staff, supplies, truck space even after in-person estimate. Took days longer to load even with husband and I on crew (both load and unloading). Apparently transferred our goods to multiple trucks along the way. $20k damages. I filed full damage claim immediately with all details. Armando said he only had insurance to cover if truck caught on fire, no household goods coverage. We established a payment plan to pay the $.60 per lb on tens-of-of thousands of damages. I nagged him for 18 months for $2400 damage agreement. He stopped paying in July. NOW HEADED TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT just for principle more than the $400 he still owes. Find another moving company!

Horrible experience with them double charged for boxes they didn't wrap the mattress like they said they would only had one guy to unload lied about prices. OVERCHARGED HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY AWAY !!Not confused you packed my daughter up from my house. I was here when he said he would wrap the mattress do not insult me by telling me I'm confused On top of it my husband walked in on the two "packers" who did nothing bragging on how much the scammers were making on this move
