Raymond's Lounge

This is a decent spot to grab a drink in the TorC area, and seems to be the only option for late night cocktails. Unless you pay to run the jukebox, it can be awkward, and depending on which bartender you get you may or may not receive great service. We went here twice during our visit which was midweek. I would have given another star if music would have been playing in between the chosen jukebox selections. I think we might come back next time we are here, as long as the sweet female bartender is there.

This is a TRUE bar! The bartender is friendly(Shelly) long wooden bar, 2 pool tables, juke box, 1 pisser and clean female restroom(so I was told)bottled beer-not draft. There's plenty of liquor(but no Hornitos) and Shelly serves them up right. Unfortunately today, they didn't have the NFL games(no NFL channel) BUT they did put on college football. Don't let the fact that this bar is one of the VERY few bars in this one horse town fool you. If this bar was in a large town, it would most certainly be a bar I would go to! Try it, you won't be disappointed...if you like a real bar!!

This is not some place that I would normally hang out but is a local favorite. It has a tendency to get quite rowdy and loud. However it's a bar and I guess that's how bars are.

Stopped in to this great local bar on my way to the Sun Bowl (go Canes!). Terrific "dive bar" atmosphere with a friendly staff. Kacie in particular was extremely friendly and helpful; pointed me in the direction of their Adios Motherf$&@er ... perfect for a cold day. Good music on the jukebox, football on the TVs, and pool tables -- what more could a passerby of Truth or Consequences need?

Love, love, love. A must stop if coming through or staying in T or C. You don't find dives like this in America anymore.

We stopped in here on a road trip. The nicest people. They told us all about what to do in Truth or Consequences. Great drinks at a good price. It is a dive, no doubt. But a friendly one.

Raymond's is the perfect bar. Dark. Moody. Good beer. Friendly people. Hey had Happy Camper IPA in cans so we soaked ourselves in a few.

Best bar in town. You want to have fun go to Raymonds you certainly will. Love this place. Love the owner also. Go check it out.

Cool vibe. Cold beers. Brings me back to my youth hanging out in the Yellowbird in Astoria, Queens. Would recommend a stop for a drink.

Looks pretty sketchy from the outside, but inside...it's just a regular bar with a really great digital juke box and $5 margaritas. Considering this town is mostly dry, I'm so glad we found it (totally word of mouth). My gal pals and I had a great time, and the cowboys at the other end of the bar were extremely amused by our presence. Don't think too many tourists wander in here, so if you're looking for an authentic cultural experience, this is the place...
