I don't have a lot of experience with attorneys. I was dealing with a stressful and traumatic situation with very little time before the hearing. They accommodated me and worked after hours with me. I also know they were very busy with other cases. Ultimately, we were successful in our hearing and I am incredibly grateful to them. The office is very clean and welcoming. The admin staff were kind and professional.

Friendly atmosphere. Receptionist wore mask. Attorney did not. Cramped office. Large pc screen centered on desk. Not offered a chair. Had to lean around screen to talk. Could not hear most of conversation. I continued to ask for comments to be repeated. I should have asked for a refund for what was provided.

Not experienced enough to handle Family law. Poor communication. Tried to give a rookie lawyer a chance thinking he would be aggressive. Nope. I was wrong. For the amount of money I paid for. I did not get the service I expected.
