Rafa's Burritos

Food is good, I've came about 4 times and has not failed, now I came on a Thursday, and their hours say 7-4 but when I got there at 7:15 and the lady just looked at me through the drive thru window, and left to the back or something I waited about 3-4 min, so I left.

Waitedc30 minutes for 2 burritos only to find out they got the order wrong. When I called to speak with a Manager, I was directed to speak with Pedro. He actually argued with me about my order. Why would I have stayed in line so long for 2 bean burritos which by the way were $8. No apologies, only sarcasm and dishonesty. Told me to bring the order back in its entirety...right. I was already late for work. Do not recommend this particular Rafas. Their food and their customer service are horrible.

Staying at a close by AirBnb and the family wanted some breakfast. Rafa's was close by and it had 5 stars. There weren't many pictures and the previous reviews seemed questionable. I'm glad that didn't stop us from eating there. As soon as we walked in (party of 6) we were greeted and since we were eating there we sat at a table. The waitress came over and brought us chips and salsa. Whooooweeeee. The salsa was hot. Chips crunchy. We placed our order and we didn't wait too long. Food did not come out all at once but ehhh it meant I could eat more chips and salsa. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was hot, delicious and flavorful. My brother couldn't even finish his burrito because it was so huge. The chilaquiles were just the right kinda of spice. The caldo de res meat was hearty. Before we head back on the road we are ordering some burritos to go for our road trip back home.

Fairly new to El Paso Texas. Been in search for the best burrito place. I found this place a while back but it took me while to figure out how to get it on Yelp. They have quite a few locations but this is my neighborhood one. Not only is the food amazing but so was the service. Giant burritos amazing homemade salsa's. This is definitely my burrito place. The best homemade smoky chipotle salsa.

The absolute best Chile relleno burrito in El Paso! The burritos are HUGE and sold at a great price ! I usually rate Mexican restaurants based off of how good their beans are, and Rafas beans are soooo good! Their cheese is so stringy and gooey, ughh just delicious 11/10

I got a big burrito from this place , half of the burrito was picadillo and the other half was rojo. The picadillo here is really good kinda spicy, so if you don't like spicy stay away!!! The rojo is really good good , less spicy .overall this place is good and they even have a drive thru just pull up to the window and they'll take your order right away.

Rafas is DELICIOUS. The burritos are huge, two of us shared one and I almost at it all myself. Great food and customer service. They just have odd hours. Tried to swing by for dinner one night before leaving El Paso but unfortunately they were closed.

Wackala food here is yuck. Meat is undercooked and not tender it's always chewy. You can tell they use cheap meat. potato's in the Chile verde are always borderline crunchy when I come here.. Salsa is watery. Horchata is watery. Their main seasoning is salt. I gave it an extra star cause the tortillas are good and soft and the burritos are large and it's not super expensive.

Burritos are not good especially if it has beans they taste like canned beans guacamole has a bad taste.
