We did the consult over messages and phone call. He kept his appointment as promised. Very Professional and Veteran Owned Company. I would recommend them for all your Garage Needs. I really ruined my Garage door and they came out and fixed it with no issues.

I cannot even begin to describe how terrible my experience was with this company. Our security company sales representative told us he would provide a MyQ Garage Hub with the purchase of our alarm system. Unfortunately he decided to use RAC Doors to install our hub. After numerous missed appointments I talked to the owner, Charles Fox, who maybe the most condescending person I've attempted to do business. Twice I took time off work to be available for my appointment, and when I addressed this, I was told life happens. Charles told me twice he personally would come and install my hub. The first time, prior to missing the appointment, Charles called and explained how invasive this maybe because he needed access to my router, WiFi password and computer. The second time he cancelled as expected. In closing, RUN FAR, RUN FAST and find someone else.

Our garage doors weren't acting reliably. The doors would only partially go either up or down at times, and the lights would come on in the garage on their own. We called RAC and are so glad we did! They came over the next day, diagnosed the problems, and made the repairs the following day. All the work was explained as well as the warranty on the various parts. They set up the remotes and went over instructions for how we can do it as well. They made sure any questions were answered so we feel confident with the new system. Steve and Raul were a pleasure to work with!

After what I believed what was total destruction of our garage door, and worse yet, already after normal business hours, I found RAC listed as one of the very few 24hr services. I sent him a video via text of the damage. When the service person showed up, he already had an idea of what needed to be done, and brought parts needed saving time, and money. The garage door and the railway was repaired quickly and is in better shape than before. It's nice knowing that there are still businesses like this, a quick response with quick repair.

I highly recommend RAC Doors. They were able to get out to my house the day I called and give me different options in replacing my garage door opener. I was able to purchase opener on my own and have them expertly install it and also fix some other issues from the previous install.

Back on August 2021 I contacted Mr Fox to replace my 80yo parents garage door. I had used him on a prior good experience. To replace the door Me Fox required a $895.00 deposit. He has never returned my phone calls or my emails to either finish the garage door installation or refund me my deposit money. Do not use this business there are a number of Google ratings stating the exact issue I am experiencing.

DO NOT USE!Spring of 2021 Charles came out upon a recommendation of a friend, gave us an estamite, we gave him $1800 dollars on a special order dooor, after that there was little or no communication. Today over a year later he is here on the internet with rave reviews but Susan B. and us. We didn't recieve the product we in good faith gave deposits for. Karma will take care of him!

Charles is very knowledgeable. He showed extreme care to my garage door. He quickly and efficiently replaced the garage door rollers. He also checked the spring, pulley's, and tightened the belt.Charles is very polite, friendly, and trustworthy. I welcomed all information he gave me to help maintain my garage door.

Gave them a deposit 1YEAR AGO, multiple promised ship dates - no doors to date. Requested proof that the doors were even on order with the manufacturer - did not respond. They are now refusing to give back our deposit. DO NOT USE
