unprofessional. Called Monday morning spoke w/Mary (believe owner, not sure) told her it was urgent, since my policy would lapse in a few days gave her ALL the info she requested and said she would call me next day with quote......Today is Friday....never called me back, I called and she hadn't even sent a request for quote!

Stay Away! Very unprofessional agent. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this agent, we have plenty of insurance agencies that will offer you the respect you deserve.
