Quality Windows & Doors

I work for a company that reached out to Quality Windows and Doors for Door Repair. I contacted them on 2/19 and was told a Project Manager would be reaching out to me to schedule an appointment and cost estimate. After email and calling numerous times, they have not returned my calls or emails to date (3/22). Manager Yvonne is very rude on the phone.

My home was broken into while I was out of town.(couldn't get home due to COVID). I contacted Quality Windows & Doors of Las Cruces, NM to have my window replaced. Be very careful when dealing with a window replacement...make sure you have a guarantee not only from their supplier but from them as well! My sister was checking on the house while I was away and about 3 weeks after the window was fixed her found a crack from one corner down about 12 inches long. I called for several days and around the third day I received a return call. I explained the window crack and was told that the warranty with their supplier was only good for a month??? and they had NO guarantee on the work done!! So be very careful in dealing with this business.RoxieLas Cruces
