Quality Granite

Hector Porras (owner) took $5000 cash upfront to purchase slabs and install. Not only did he not purchase slabs, which were then sold to other customers, but he failed to tell me he had a debt to Top Stone and wasn't allowed to purchase from them to begin with. It has been 6 months and I have only recouped $2,400 back from Hector and he still owes me $2600. The last time I was able to get in touch with him he gave me a $2000 check that bounced. He won't return calls or texts, and come to find out from many other stone fabricators in town, he has done this to just about everyone.
