I needed a good source for firewood for smoking, but I don't have the space for even a quarter cord of wood. Fortunately Quality Firewood has pecan logs by the bundle, so I can get just the amount I need. Bundles of pecan wood are $6.50 ($1 less if you pay cash), they also have pine and juniper (a/k/a "cedar") for outdoor burning. For those who need more bulk wood, they sell mesquite also; unfortunately they don't offer mesquite bundles. Also got a nice 20 lb bag of oak charcoal for only $8.According to the proprietor, he gets a lot of business from restaurants in El Paso and Las Cruces, barbecues and wood fired pizza places. I can see why. I will definitely be back when I need more wood, it's worth the drive.I was tempted by the yard ornaments as well, but I had no room for tschotschkies, just wood this trip. Maybe next time.

Locally owned firewood, landscape, and southwest gift shop. There is a huge variety of handmade goods, some local crafts and imported crafts. Great place to stop by if you're looking for some inexpensive yard & home ornaments. Prices are labeled, on items I got the impression prices are non-negotiable but who knows it might be worth a shot. No public restrooms.

Fabulous Customer Service. The owner went out of his way to get us exterior stone samples from the manufacture to help us choose just the right color. Other local suppliers just offered catalog images. Additionally he saved us hundreds of dollars in delivery costs. He personally reached out to our installer for delivery dates and time.I highly recommend this family owned business.

Love this place! Well priced materials, awesome selection of pots, different price levels for certain items (ie railroad ties). Staff is friendly and was very gentle loading our purchases on the trailer with the forklift.

I think this is such a great place, we purchased 3 big pots there and we are going back next month for more. The prices are reasonable and no one pushes you to buy. You can wander to your hearts content. My only complaint and it is a small one, was when we were ready to make our purchase it took a while to find someone to help. Once we did the young man helped us to load and rearrange our small truck, it was greatly appreciated as I am not as spry as I use to be. I am extremely pleased with my pots and am excited about getting more, it has made our landscape beautiful.

The quality of pots and planters here is the best. The heat here in LC can beat most any planter to oblivion but these you can keep in your front yard for years, and they'll still look good. You can find most any size, shape and color once you start looking.

Miguel has helped us with beautiful natural rock and brick thins and corners for our fireplaces, columns and walls. He went out of his way to deliver based on the timing of our contractor. We have since purchased two pallets of flagstone, pots and other items. What a great place!! Miguel runs a good business and is also a really good guy.

I have been going to QFM for almost 20 years. In my old house, we had a massive wood burning fireplace, I would buy 2 cords each fall. QFM darn sure gave full measure on a cord of wood! Now I only buy a little at a time (1/4 cord) to smoke meats. I was disappointed yesterday, the had no oak and no mesquite. Had to settle for pecan. Still, they are really nice people.
