Quail Ridge Apartments

Qual Ridge is a beautiful and wonderfully maintained apartment complex. The management staff is friendly and efficient, always ready to go the extra mile for impeccable customer service. Robyn is a gem to work with. The grounds, fitness and pool areas are so well maintained. Definitely one of the best complexes in Las Cruces!

If I could give quail ridge zero stars I would! I have been on the waiting list for over 6 months where they told us continuously that we were at the top of the list and next to receive the call. Every time I would call to ask for an update they were incredibly rude and hard to work with. They have two women in the office (pearl is the one we had the most problems with) that don't communicate with each other, and will give you completely different answers. This complex is not worth the stress and horrible service!!

Worst apartment I have ever lived at! There is the noise is absolutely horrible! The women and the guy in the office are horrible people and constantly harass the tenants. There are tons of noisy college kids running around, and the apartment facilities are very low class. Everything is cheap such as the cardboard doors, the cheap floors and disgusting kitchens. WAY OVER PRICED. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU.

these scumbags kept my entire deposit for nothing!!!!!! they wouldnt let me talk to the owner every time i insisted and they totally took advantage of us. my roomates spent days cleaning and we left our apartment better than when we moved in!!!! the girl in the office lied to us everytime we tried to get our account fixed, and our maintenance was never done. i do not want my worst enemy to live here. dont do it!!! dont do it!!! dont do it!!! dont do it!!!
